If they aren't already sold, Nadarr tries to stake a claim on all the gems.
((Everyone got equal share of gems, totalling 1500 per person. You got a lot to begin with
also, plans canceled, so continuing the post))

"I worried about it coming to this. If the scale was smaller I would've even encouraged rumors of my death, but as you said, this can't go on if I want there to be something to come back to. I have the men required but doubt whether we have the ability to succeed against my father. And then there's the consequences. Hundreds of years of hunt and blood can't go away in the blink of an eye.
As for my story, let's just say that our legacy saved my ass a few times as a necromancer unwittingly activated the ritual."
Look at the bottle with hunger.
"Interesting. I can see that you haven't even fully tapped into your full strength yet, and yet you somehow managed to pull off one of our kinds greater powers.
I'm glad to hear that you already assembled a group. That gives you plenty of time to prepare you and your allies for the attack. As for your brothers and sisters, I'm sure that once we deal with your father and you claim your position, they'll still continue their feud, but it will be against you. This will return it to the way it was before, except many of your sibling's lines who clung to your father won't be able to function without him. What will most likely happen is I will act as a steward for you in your absence; unlike you, your siblings still fear me somewhat, and that will work for us. With your cousins aiding me as well, I assume that in the next century or so, you'll finally be able to take the throne. It will take a long time to weed out your near-feral siblings, but we have time to wait. I may be hot headed at times, but unlike your father, I have patience. And time is all we need for your siblings to either succumb to your rule or be hunted down.
I'll be in town for a few days before I leave. The ferry I'm taking hasn't arrived to port yet. I'd like you to avoid being known and avoid people finding out you're alive as long as you possibly can. The last thing we need is your siblings taking the fight overseas."
"You wound me, Uncle. I think you'll find that they'll succumb to my rule faster than you'd think. And regardless of it, they will be hunting my heir as well, not only me. And I have a plan for that. If they do not fear me, they will learn to serve me."
Lean in closer to Viscardi with blazing hot eyes.
"I would rather see Talmarune burn than surrender it to lesser men."
After a few moments Aurel leans backwards and fixes his hair.
"We will be ready when time comes. Right now I have a more pressing concern. Uncle, have you heard of a robotic man named Olon? He seemed to know a great deal about Vryloka and recognized me immediately. I suspect he's done the same with others of my group and their past histories. I am to meet him tonight and have a bad feeling regarding it. He seemed like the sort to both get the job done and keep grudges."
"Olon? No, I've never heard of the name. But is this a golem that acts like a living being, or someone who has combined himself with machine? Either way, I recall on my journey to the Plane of Eberron that they're common there. He may have come from there. I'll keep an ear open for anything about him for you. If I find anything, I'll relay it to you. I'd be careful; warforged and artificers are both equally dangerous, the latter being hundred times worse. They're magicians with the power to manipulate machines and alter their weapons in combat to suit their needs. They're also known to have made warforged, the metal golem people. They're sturdy and strong, and they don't have any blood running through their veins. But they're just like any other human or elf; smart enough to think for itself.
I wish I knew more, but its been a long time since I as last there. If you don't mind, I'll be down here when I need rest; I don't think anyone will come down here after that fire. You should consider getting some people to rebuild this place. I'll toss in 10000gp, since I'll be staying here for a while. You should probably put the land in someone else's name. I heard that you gained a dragonborn ally that lives with you; perhaps, if he's still alive, you could put it under his name until things start going into motion."
He tosses you a bag full of platinum. Last time you built this thing, it took a whopping 100,000gp, but that included this expansive basement with the works. To just do the upper part like it was before, you're fairly certain that it would take 25,000gp, maybe more.
Once Karl and Nadarr are done discussing the ring, Karl suggests we return the dwarvern artifact , and sell all the unenchanted things (statuettes, ceremonial armor, masterwork weapons, and our former companions unenchanted things), but hold onto the magic gear for the moment until everyone has definitively claimed what they want.
You start selling the items that aren't magical. The local shop that sells decorative items will take each blade for 150gp and each set of armor for 750gp each. The statuettes, all 11 of them, can be sold for a total of 1000gp for all of them, and the gems are still as is at 1500gp. Isbat's gear totals to 156gp 5sp (this is also selling his strange mundane blade) ((And I have to get going, so I can't list alexander's gear right now))
Alexander's gear totals to 188gp 5sp and 5cp
