Karl shakes his head slowly, a frown on his face. "I had hoped that burning Symon's body would have spared him the indignity of his mortal remians being used to create one of these shadow creatures. Aurel may wish to shock and horrify us, but all that remains is that we must put Symon back to rest."

Before leaving the cavarn, Karl takes a look around the cavern and the corpse of Cotl for any treasure.

Nadarr's jaw tight, and his hands clenched, he follows Thoradin muttering curses to the beast Aurel has become.
((Thoradin is outside of the barrier))

((Doesn't rate high enough on the 'What the Hell?' meter to register anymore. If your head starts spinning around while you vomit shadow stuff, Karl will perk up for it. :P))

((You all smell of rotten flesh. It did burst))

(?) You find nothing but rotten hide and a wurm carcass. The shadow magic holding it together is gone

Nadarr decides to also search the area, because why not.

He also pulls a new creature from his bag.

When his search is over, he smells himself and blanches. He uses predestigation to clean the smell off himself and everyone else near him.

Can't be near you all smelling like that.

You clean yourself and everyone else. You search around the caverns and find another opening, excluding the one you entered from. You pull out (6) a badger!

if in barrier follow the dwarf
then heal up to full

You're already healed fully, and you're outside the barrier as well

Call the others over, then go carefully down the opening, looking all about. Who knows what Aurel may have up ahead.

Use healing surges to get as close to full HP as possible without wasting points.

Heal up already if we haven't and then go to Nadarr's opening.

"I'm not quite so sure whether I like this opening, Dragonborn. This might lead to exactly where your vampire friend wants us to. However he might've expected us not to be able to go through the shadow wall, which we have already proven to be otherwise. I think it's wise to take the element of surprise through the passage given by the barrier."

Yes, healing time, then follow the party.

"We need to somehow deal with Aurel, that's for sure. If I had the chance, I'd kill him myself."
Cromwell rubs his neck where he was bitten last time.

((I can't load my character sheet, are any of my ability scores at an odd number? Also if there are any feats you might recommend, that would be awesome [don't forget I'm multiclassing rogue!]))

As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.
