Cromwell glanced over at the Elf, then turned away sharply.

"Excuse me, but she is not "my woman", I hardly know her.
And second, he was acting under my orders. So if you should be arresting anyone, it's me."

"He let the werewolf escape and prevented us from cornering it. Go back to your lodgings with your woman, traveller, nasty things roam the night as you see."

Thyra looks puzzled, turns to you and kind of turns a little red as your face turns red faster then hers.

"I think we should go back and wait till morning when he wakes up...."

Symon's face is mostly red from all of the running he just did. Mostly.

"S-s-s-sure."

Cromwell glanced over at the Elf, then turned away sharply.

"Excuse me, but she is not "my woman", I hardly know her.

Symon looks at Cromwell confused and waits for him to explain.

Cromwell looked over at Symon, and motions for him not to say anything, making sure the guards don't notice.

He smacks you in the head with the pommel of his sword and you are immediatley tied up and arrested. You are dazed and carried off to the jail.

Weston observes everything that happened. With a heavy heavy sigh, he flipped a coin.

The party heads back to the inn as Cromwell and Aurel are carried off. Weston is asked what drink he wants ((hard/taste/price?)) and Thyra goes back to singing.

Cromwell and Aurel:
You are both dragged into the jail cells. Cromwell is no longer dazed and Aurel is still sleeping. Wonderful...

Karl sheaths his sword in disgust and pants for breath. "what, in the Raven Queen's name just happened?" He says, watching as the guards chain Aurel and Cromwell securely.

"when either of my two companions awaken, I would like to speak to him first, before the interrogator breaks out the irons. There may, somehow, be a logical explanation for this."

Kick Aurel or otherwise attempt to wake him.

You punt Aurel! (CRIT) He wakes up and takes (4) damage! You check your gear and find out you have nothing but the shirt off your back (and aurel's headband).

The guards direct you to the jailhouse. You go there and they let you see Cromwell who is still awake. You hear a loud crack and see Cromwell punting Aurel awake.
