"Slope, eh? I've heard that Dwarves are fond of digging pits in every d&^% place they settle as traps."
Cromwell rubs his chin.
"Or at least that's what they told me after I kept teleporting out of their cages. Those dumb b&^$%ds say that those wooden cages held actual dragons. I tell you, Dwarven stupidity is rivaled only by their thirst."
He sighed, and looked at his feet.
"Pretty d*^% good at making socks, though."

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Using my excellent eyesight, do checks (I be damned if I learn the checks) on the whole place.

(?) you drop down the ledge and realize you're stuck now too. You arcana check and realize there is no magic here... And now you're stuck unless you use the climbers kit grot had

Use the climber's kit and try to spook the party.

Is the cavern large enough to have Nimue look around? If so, do so.

She flies through the cave, getting a good look around. She sees a ledge, which Aurel is trying to climb, and as she goes deeper, blood and lots of those markings strewn across the place. She comes out on the other cave by the time Aurel gets up. Other then the blood and what the party found before, there is nothing to see.

Thyra nods her head in agreement. She is still a bit confused about the shock and awe of the finger and broken plate.

"S-s-s-sure." Symon starts to turn the wagon around to head back.

Nadarr follows the wagon, then hops on as well.

Since all paths known thus far have been taken save the middle path where Karl's tracks lead to. You advance down that way, with haste. Karl follows the tracks until the end... And a blood trail is found. It follows up the path until you are met at a crossroad again, but with two directions... And you're certain about one thing: the path with the blood leads to a dead end; it climbs up a spire with a cave entrance that appears to be coated in blood everywhere, and the other path turns left. You are left with a dilemma; see the fate of Archuther(?) or go on?

The map, morbidly, updates!

Symon grabs his flail, jumps out of the wagon, and unhesitantly walks up the spire to follow the blood trail.
