Symon stutters, "We'll p-p-p-p-p-p-, k-k-k-k-k-k-k-, make s-s-s-s-s-s-s," eventually he just settles for shaking his flail at the noises.

((Ah, poor Symon XD.

EDIT: Also, can I do a history check on elves?))

"Eh, I suppose you're right about heading back to the cave. It was such a nice bath though..."

Weston went ahead and got dressed, equipping his dagger afterwards.

((Damn, I was hoping there was more then garbage about them in the monster manual or the like...))

Thyra looks at Symon and can't help but laugh at him being shy. She starts to sing and walks by Symon, winking at him flirtatiously. (FUMBLE) You can't tell if shes doing it to mess with your head or not, but its REALLY messing with your head. Until you take an extended rest, you can't stop thinking about her, suffering a -1 to your int stat and anything that uses it. You also take a -50 to speaking properly to her, meaning you have to make two percentile rolls to speak to her: one for being able to speak, and another for getting the words properly. You also drop your flail and turn bright, vibrant red. She laughs more as she watches the color flow through your face. You stand in awe for a second or two before you quickly pick up your flail and follow behind. Everyone else is laughing their asses off at your reaction to something they didn't see (as far as they know, you did this with her merely walking by you). You all begin to head back to the cave, and the noises do not stay. You return to the cave with Cromwell petting his reindeer as it nibbles at the rocky earth, looking for something to eat.

Cromwell:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Thyra puts the spear in its holster on her horse and grabs the longbow which she slings on her back.

"I can help you rest with my music, if you so choose. I know a few lullabies for those who aren't on watch."

Speaking of watch, who takes first with Thyra? ((the DM nominates Symon! ;D ))

Symon hesitantly raises hand to nominate himself for the first watch.

((No point having this penalty talking to her if Symon sleeps it off immediately, after all.))

The three on watch first settle for the night. Unfortunatley, Cromwell's sunrod dies out now and the night covers the area in total darkness. Thyra tosses a sunrod out in the road to keep some light up, but its far enough not to disturb sleep. She sings a lullaby to help deepen the sleep. You hear a few noises in the night, but nothing like the screeching. After the first song ends, she looks at Weston, then Symon with a grin and kind of wisper-talks.

"So tell me about yourselves. Where are you from?"

Weston waited for Symon to respond first. Mostly because he wanted to enjoy the lad's discomfort a little more.

Karl wraps himself in his cloak and uses his backpack as a pillow. Fun as it might be to watch the elf tease Symon, sleep beckons more urgently.

"Wake me when it's my watch."

((The player is going to enjoy this, even if Karl is sleeping. ;) ))

Whisper to Symon before going to sleep.

"Keep a close watch on her. Last thing I need is her spear up our backs. Be wary of Archuther. Something tells me we're not quite through with him."

Whisper to Symon before going to sleep.

"Keep a close watch on her. Last thing I need is her spear up our backs. Be wary of Archuther. Something tells me we're not quite through with him."

Symon looks at Aurel with an expression between disbelief and confusion, "I will."

Symon is sitting with his back to Thyra, his hood pulled low over his face. However every so often he glances over his shoulder at her. "Imp-p-p-p-p-piltur," he stammers in response to her question.
