"I see your point, Nadarr. Proceed."

Smear some blood on the wood below the arrow and patch up the wound.
[/quote
You smear blood all over the underside of the arrow. The blood and oil make a nice color. (7) you fail to stop the bleeding

Just make sure he wears a boot.

"You must be joking..."

Use the headband to stop the blood flow and then patch it up.

(14+3) You succeed in patching yourself up. You're covered in blood.

((Use (()) for out of character, bold of actions. It makes it easier to know what you're doing. I'm actually probably going to give grot a color... Probably green ))

EDIT:

The time is roughly 3pm now. Dawdling here for long will allow nightfall to descend.

Grot urges the party to be moving; he thinks you should find a spot to camp that is easy to defend in case those things show up again

Tell the others what I know of the map.

I believe we should get a move on...we don't want to be wandering around at night. Let us be off.

Motion down the path I mentioned earlier

Grot scratches his head. "Uhh... Any ov ya wanna tell 'im about those... Dark tings we fought las' night?"

Tell the others what I know of the map.

Grot agrees with this and hands the map to weston. You all begin heading back to the area where the fork began. Which way does the party move now?

As we wait I say to Archuther:

Yes, last night we were assaulted by non-human beings made of what seemed to be pure night. Our best attacks barely scratched them...only light seemed to work. Look at his weaponry and armour. Though no doubt you could inflict a lot of pain, with or without light...

Say to everyone

Also, I suggest we head to the underpath pass. It is on the right when looked at from the entrance, according to the map. I suggest we hurry though.....Night approaches...

"You proceed to go through. I don't fancy going to sleep without a meal so I'll go hunt for a bit. I'll catch up to you shortly. I believe you'll find that I'm a quick one."

Go back the way we came and hunt for rabbits in the forest. Feast upon as many as necessary to regain a healing surge and try to catch up to the party. If I come across a stream, clean the dried blood and wound.

((Go, speed, go!))

(crit) you find a lot of rabbits. Aurel, however (2+2) finds nothing. Lord Archuther cleans and skins 8 rabbits with ease.

Watch Apiks and Archuther leave

Well, let's get going. They're going to be a while, but let's just leave some oil at each turning. Let us be off!

Jump off the cart, pick up a few stones and jump back on. Tell Grot to go down the underpass route. Watch out for any animals, and if any are seen then throw a rock at it, hoping to kill it for food.
