((So....does that make it my turn? If so...))

Nadarr drinks a potion of healing!

He then leans on his staff with one hand as he heals, and splays the other outwards, facing the spider.

Go back to the dark from whence you came!

He uses Erupting Flare with his Fire Orb!
((It's death's turn))

((Luckily, I have death on text message so I can get SOME commands from him when he's not on))

(13+11) A green flame glows around the newcomer's blade and he swings down, cutting deep into the spider's exoskeleton and dealing (5+6) damage! The blade spider dies!

Everyone gains 170xp. Weston (11) does save from poison (because I forgot). Nadarr takes 5 damage (19) and succeeds his. You're both low on HP and Weston has a blade spider pinning him to the floor (no damage luckily). The flames begin to die off, and MOST of the stuff attached to the webs fell off or are charred slightly.

Elsewhere...

Let Thor figure out the way.

He turns into a werewolf and starts to sniff the air. He goes down the second tunnel and you follow him. You see light as you run down the tunnel and see at the end of it, a massive inferno that is now starting to die off. You also watch as green flames lick a large spider with swords on the end of its legs and a man in a red cloak stands over it and Nadarr stands a bout 5-10ft away from the spider. Thoradin transforms and catches up to them.

"Ya lucky bastard! If this lad didn't show up, ye'd be deader then what it is now. Have you seen any of the others?"

(?) He doesn't notice that Weston is underneath the spider

Meanwhile...

Standard: Tame them!
Minor: Gulp a potion down
Move to Minor: Pray to Olladra/take a defensive position.

You pray as you try and tame/calm the cave crocodiles. (17+9) (13+9) (15+9) The closest Crocodile stops, taking up all your actions. The others move up but the one you tamed takes a chomp at the one that comes close! It clamps down on the next one and holds it in place, dealing (9) damage! The farthest one hasn't made it to shore yet and you swear its drooling, ignoring its fighting kin and staring right at you.

Karl begins his turn. You are 7 squares away from Alexander, but get a +1 to move for running down the hill if you succeed the acrobatics check to keep balence (or you tumble and fall into the water)

Nadarr snarls at the spider's corpse and gives it a violent kick, then turns to the newcomer.

Many thanks, stranger. What is your business in the caves?

As he speaks, he goes to Symon's corpse and examines it.

Nadarr points at the spider corpse. There's one under there. He points at Symon's corpse. And there's one there.

Nadarr nods, and pulls Symon's corpse up, brushing debris off it.

Nadarr snarls at the spider's corpse and gives it a violent kick, then turns to the newcomer.

Many thanks, stranger. What is your business in the caves?

As he speaks, he goes to Symon's corpse and examines it.
You check out his body. Only the shirt on his back is still there, and its ripped towards the neck where his head was removed and his fluids were drained. His backpack is a little black now but its still in one piece (still maintaining its magical enchantment to hold it steady). His flail is on the ground and his holy symbol is next to it. His head, mostly burnt and showing a face of shock and anger, one of his eyes white, lifeless and full of dying fury. Thoradin picks up his head and closes his eyes. He asks Nadarr to pull out a shovel from his robe of useful things so they can bury him here. His coinpurse burned, leaving hundreds of coins on the floor, most of which are charred. His cloak sits where his head was before Thoradin picked it up. Then his die falls out of his belt pouch that hung off of his body. You clean off his body but there isn't much to remove from it.

(Sorry about taking so long was at work)
Isbat turns to Nadarr.

I am called isbat and i was Hunting the necromancers that have infested this fortress but it seems that i had become lost. And you are all called?

Isbat walks over to the blade spider take its legs then helps Weston get out from under it
((Try to keep it in the format I changed it to))

You lift the corpse high enough off of the ground to let Weston out. He crawls out and then you remove the legs from the undead spider. The poison is no longer apparent, and you lop them off. You now have 8 improvised broadswords and 2 improvised sickles.

Nadarr picks up the die, but for once leaves the coins.

It would not be right to take from a fallen companion like this...especially not one so brave.

If anyone sees anything they want, take it. But I will only keep this small token of his memory, to bear with me in remembrance of a warrior and friend.

As Thoradin speaks, however, his face twists into a scowl, and his upper lip curls.

Bury him? Do you think me a fool? I had one friend buried, and it did him no good. Perhaps Symon will be at one once reunited with the flames of Bahamut.

Nadarr carries Symon's body, leaving all the items in case someone else wants it. He lays it out carefully on the ground away from flammable items, then places the head nearby at the top. Without any flair, he takes out a flask of oil and pours enough on to burn Symon's body to ashes. He then tells everyone to get well out of the way, and solemnly uses his dragon's breath to wreath the corpse in flame.

You give Symon a baptism of fire as his body burns away. He wasn't even at his prime yet and now here you are, watching his burial worthy of a king. After about an hour, his body is gone.

((Please avoid moving out of this place until Karl and Alexander are done their skirmish))
