The party takes off to the east, Thyra with bow in hand and tracking with Symon up front with Weston and Nimue scouting the skies. Within an hour of searching, you find the trail. It is about two days old but you can tell its the freshest trail you got. You find them before sundown, as promised, and as far as you know, no one has been spotted. Nimue counts roughly 14-15 troops in shoddy tents and a basic camp site. You do notice that one man seems to be gathering up several for what appears to be either a raiding party with a loot cart or a heavily guarded (5 bandits) relocation wagon. It is filled with assorted goods, most of which looks like junk from Nimue's height.

You are all roughly a half mile away from the camp. What is the party's attack operations? It is roughly 7pm and the sun is beginning to set.

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.
Just make sure he wears a boot.

Karl scratches his chin. "That wagon has to follow a trail through this forest. If we ambush it away from the camp, we can fight a smaller group, collect theit goods and wagon, then follow up by raiding their camp in the night as Cromwell suggests. We'd just have to make sure that noone escapes to warn the camp."

Nadarr grunts, then speaks up as Karl opens his mouth. Both speak at the same time, but Nadarr isn't going to stop talking.
Some of them are moving. We could ambush them, lower the numbers. Maybe even get information from one of them.

On the up side, in the woods at night, Karl and his all-black armor should be decently stealthy if he isn't crashing around.  :P ))

((Caravan, from an ambush. They should be far enough away from camp that the fighting won't alert the guards. After that, we plan to hit the camp while they're asleep if we take the caravan cleanly.))
