To the blacksmith's

You head to the blacksmith. He's got some nice non-magical gear amongst other things. The blacksmith asks if you were looking for something in particular. He offers to make anything you don't find, with a little extra on the price and time.

Buy some information (20 gold).

You sweeten the deal. His eyes light up. (?) He tells you rumors about two great warriors roaming the area searching for a man in dark robes. Both dragonborn, one platemail with an ornate two handed sword and bronze skin. The other is a warrior clad in scale mail with kopesh in one hand and a light shield in the other, his scales copper and shining with powerful wings unlike his companion. Both of them seem to have an uneasy peace amongst them, and both appear to be from an adventuring group in Loudwater. He says they left town just this morning.

Just quietly enter the temple and pray silently. Unless it isn't open to the public or something, of course.

You go down up to the altar to pray and the priest notices your holy symbol. He welcomes you and lets you pray to the Platinum Dragon.

You ask about for "portal stones". No one knows anything, but someone points towards water deep past the mountains. The one you just came from.

You pray. (?) you hear a voice that is familiar but you cannot tell if it is in your head or someone actually speaking to you. It faintly tells you to beware of the shadows and do not let rage and justice consume you, as it has done in the past to many others before you.
