You awaken in a hallway.  You do not remember where you are, or how you got here.  What do you do?

Suggested Actions
The most supported action will be the next illustrated.  An action can be anything that is physically possible, with the exception of remembering anything about the past.  In order to remember anything, you have to find an object to trigger the memories.

Weapons
Each individual weapon slot is for one hand.  Some weapons take up more than one weapon slot to signify that two hands are required to operate the weapon.  Melee weaponry and high caliber weapons reduce stamina by 1 each round of combat in which they are used.  Dual wielding weapons causes there to be a penalty upon your ability to use the weapon.

Inventory
You can store one item in each inventory slot.  Some items may be stacked within one slot, while others may take up more than one slot.  Items such as keys will be marked with a star in the upper left hand corner to designate that they are important.  Items of that type do not stack.

Health
There are 10 units of health which are depleted as you take damage.  Health can be replenished by using items such as medical kits.  When you are at 3 or lower units of health and are in combat, there is a 1 in 20 chance of a large dosage of adrenaline to run through your system, allowing you to perform twice as many actions in combat as your opponent.  This dosage also halves the cost of stamina for using an item, but at the end of combat, 4 stamina is lost.

Stamina
There are 10 units of stamina which are depleted as you use melee weapons, high caliber weapons, climb up surfaces, sprint, or perform other similar tasks.  Stamina is replenished by 1 each turn you are out of combat and are not performing strenuous activities.  If you reach 0 stamina, then you are knocked out for a period of one hour.  If you are in combat, then you are captured and need to escape.

Maybe I should have put the following in the mechanics: In order to remember anything, you have to find an object that is tied to a prior event.  You cannot just 'realize'.

Edit: and don't try to pull a 'sees clothes are those of a wizard to remember you are a wizard.  The person is wearing a plain gray shirt, some slightly torn denims, and an old pair of shoes.

Behind you is a door to Medicinal Ward 7a.  A quick check determines that the door is currently locked, and cannot be opened.




Above you, on the ceiling, is a grate; however, it is too small for you to fit through right now.




Around the right corner is a long hallway to a far off door.  Near where the metal wall begins, you can see a cliff face fade into the darkness.

The cliff extends off into the darkness in all directions you can see.  You would look further down, but there is some invisible field in the way, just above the railing and extending to the ceiling.  You catch some slight glare occasionally, making you think it might be glass.




You turn around to your original left.  Just past the hallway you were first in seems to be another.




The closest door to you is the one at the end of the hallway that was formerly on your right.  Are you certain you want to go into Sector 7B?
