Take aim at the man with the assault rifle, and fire either if he sees me or if I can get a good shot on him.

Sneak behind those two men and ensure that they are not able to alert other guards of the agents' presence.

Turn 2

Attempt to catch up with Liam, all the while covering behind me.
(3). You successfully run up to Liam's position. Nothing seems to sneak up on you.
Attempt to fall back and out of sight of the two observers, and see if I can't sneak up to the closest one
(6). You run back and escape the vision of the guards. Sneaking up may be a challenge, since they are at the top of a cliff. Unfortunately, you really gave it your all and are now fatigued and hyperventilating.
Examine the area near the pylons.
(6). You go up to the pylons. There are some frayed cables hanging down from them, but you can't tell what they were used for. As you walk around, you realize there is a small shack next to one of the pylons, previously obscured by the wreckage from another toppled pylon. As you duck through the metal, you bonk your head on one of the bars. Ouch.
Steathly creep up towards the observers.
(4). You sneak up to the cliffs, and begin quietly climbing up. [Jeez, a lot of you forgot the "on a cliff" detail, huh?]
Try to get a better firing position, follow behind the group slightly.
(1). You fall back a little from the rest of the group, and try to find a better position to snipe the guards from. As you are moving around, trying to find the right spot, you drop your gun accidentally with a loud clattering noise. The guard with the SMG turns toward you and shoulders his weapon.
Head along the beach along the foot of the cliffs (left on map). Try not to be seen. Look for interesting things.
(2). You head back left along the cliffs, looking for anything new of interest. Doesn't look like there's anything more.
Take aim at the man with the assault rifle, and fire either if he sees me or if I can get a good shot on him.
(3). You quickly aim at the man with the rifle, and pull the trigger. The bullet hits his leg (1 damage); he recoils a bit, then crouches and fires back (2), but misses.
follow the myaterious footprints, stealthly, as always.
(5). You creep around the outcrop, following the trail of footprints across the sand. They lead to a wooden staircase winding up the cliffs.
Sneak behind those two men and ensure that they are not able to alert other guards of the agents' presence.
(4). You stealthily make your way up the cliffs, careful to avoid alerting the observers.

Two things: 1) How many hints do you need that the guys whom everyone and their brother wishes to sneak up on are on top of cliffs and you are at the bottom? 2) I thought I lost this post when I accidentally exited out of the tab. Thank Chrome.

continue exploring left along the base of the cliff, until it begins to shallow out somewhat.

Completely bypass the observers and try to scout out the radio tower, climbing up cliffs if necessary.

I also needed many hints to know that there were cliffs.

Turn 3

Shoot the man with the Assault Rifle again, then seek cover near the cliff face.
(5+1). You pull the trigger and hit the man with the assault rifle square in the chest (3 damage). He tries to return fire (1), but he is too injured to hold his gun properly and ends up shooting himself in the foot (1 damage). The guard with the assault rifle has bitten the dust.
Completely bypass the observers and try to scout out the radio tower, climbing up cliffs if necessary.
(2). You grasp the cliffs and try to ascend the radio tower, but you can't seem to find a way up.
Go take a look in that shed. Do so in a generally sneaky fashion.
(4). You climb through the wreckage and peer into the shed. There is a computer on a desk against the wall, without power or a visible way of powering it on, and a tatty rug across the concrete floor.

(2). You begin walking up the stairs, but you can't find a way to keep them from squeaking. The squeaks alert two guards, who run out of a shack at the top of the cliff. Oops.
Open fire with the SMG, spraying bullets towards the closest guy that isn't part of our team!
(4). You let a hail of bullets out at the SMG guard. A couple hit his limbs (2 damage). He notices you and returns fire (5), hitting you with a few bullets of his own (3 damage).
Shoot at an enemy with my pistol.
(5). You aim at the SMG guard, too. You squeeze the trigger a few times, and one round hits him straight in the gut (3 damage). The SMG guard is no more.
Drop prone, hope he passes.
(2). The SMG guard notices you, but fortunately you are unharmed as he is promptly shot dead. Teamwork!
Keep climbing.
(4). You climb to the top. Congratulations on being first. There is another guard pointing his assault rifle out of a concrete shack.

Continue round until cliffs are shallower. Sneak up to observatory, hide in bushes nearby.
