Zanzetkuken walked over to Necrisha and carefully whispered so that only she heard it, "Just so that none of them know where it is at so we don't risk losing some of the food that might be thought of as ripe, but in actuality isn't, I take a round-about way to get to it so that they all head back to the fort."

"Heh, that almost as funny as the hemp farmers trick back home. The first year they left most of the fields fallow, planting only a single strip close to the highway. That way the idiots who thought hemp had the same active ingredient as pot would ravage that strip, destroy their lungs, and learn the difference the hard way. They planted the full crop next year, and had no problems."

((thought might be good to go back to where I started))

"I think The Places of Holding will be a fine name for now. We can always change it later".

After saying that, Kari then returns to the party ((I dont think the night has passed yet?)) and mingles.

(I really wish we were in autumn already.)

After finally finding the garden plots, Nechrisa discovered a hand-sized white spider building a web between two plants.

Careful not to get too close, she watches how it weaves the strands between the two plants. She quietly speaks to Zanzetkuken, "Hey, have you seen this type of spider before? We don't get spiders that big where I come from."

(I suppose if you really wanted one, you may have made one in the past few months. However, with Erils hunting, there'd probably be plenty of animal skin to write on. Or random lumber scraps for inscribing.)

((That would make it hard to transport because it smears too easily, although we could get a more effective thing if I decide to use my suicidal almost suicidal dangerous perfectly safe plan.))

(You could also make ink from oak galls, though I doubt any of us know how to do that. And you'd also need a quill or a pen. But charcoal is surprisingly permanent, if you use a thin enough piece, press hard enough, and treat it carefully. And there's always scrap lumber to carve stuff on)

ICBM Pilot puts an axe, a spear, a bow, and some arrows in the wagon then asks Cish where the nearest good area is.
