I can just imagine the execs sitting in a room when Dwarf Fortress airs at 8:30. They're holding cups of coffee, waiting for the education to begin. Twenty minutes later, their coffee is cold, their eyes are dry from focusing too hard on their TV's, and the technician looks like he's frozen in time as a dwarf brutally murders his own daughter and begins using her skeletonised corpse to craft a bone floodgate.

I have always hoped that someone on youtube who makes those short skyrim cartoons would make a whole series for DF.

Each season can be a new fortress. Christmas Special One will be about Goblin Christmas, and sometimes it will follow an Adventurer.

Maybe it'll have two plots running simultaneously for a fortress and an adventurer, like how the Suite Life of Zack and Cody would have a plot with the twins and a plot with Maddie and London in most episodes. The plots will indirectly affect each other, like the adventurer might take out half of a siege headed for the fortress after an Elven Diplomat (offended by the wooden bin holding platinum crafts) talks about how great their power is, so the Dwarves can laugh at four Bowmen and a Unicorn being "the full forces of their lands" that was announced.

I would make and sell a thousand ☼Platinum Goblets☼ in order to watch this. I really want this.
