Use water sack to get freshwater tolerance   It should be possible to regulate internal salinity with it

and, obviously: expand into river delta

From now on I'm going to try and update at least once every two days. The updates are starting to take longer and longer to write, and I still only have the same amount of time in a day. Plus, it gives me more time to write a nicer update, as well as give you guys more time to get better ideas/more votes.

I'll update tomorrow regardless of the number of votes, but we don't have enough tonight to do an update.

Oh, and bump. :)

This would really go faster if you vote on other people's ideas, unless you dislike them for whatever reason, because there is no limit to how many separate evolutions we can evolve in one turn. If we had enough votes we could evolve several hundred things in one turn (though that would take a very long time for me to write, and that will never happen because we aren't popular :( )

Obviously, focusing on land form would make the expansion into the delta irrelevant.
I also would -1

Yes, but the rule I placed in at the beginning, each idea has to have a minimum of three votes to be considered for upgrading.

It goes like this:
1) Each vote requires at least three votes to be considered
2) Any person may contribute as many ideas as they want
3) Each person may vote on an idea once, multiple votes are discarded.
3a) Exception is where a person changes their vote, or would otherwise cause a significant change.
4) Generations with a lack of votes are postponed until a sufficience of votes/ideas are acquired. Generally I say this to be at least three or four ideas.
5) An idea, when dice-rolled, which rolls a 1 has it's evolution reversed. Rolls of two or three result in no change. Rolls of four or five result in a change, and a roll of six results in an evolutionary leap.

I didn't post all of this at the beginning though :S

Bump guys. If we don't start getting some votes I'm going to postpone the update till we do. I haven't counted yet, but from what it looks like, none of the evolutions have enough votes at all.
