 "God damn girl, I told you I don't grant wishes. I said a rea- actually, I know a guy." the djinni says as he pulls out a small business card and hands it to you.

 "He will come to you if he sees that you are fit." he says.
 "Fit?"
 "I dunno', the guy is crazy."
 "Right."
You take the business card in hand and look at it a moment.

 By picking up zis card jou have been possibly chosen among many candidates to achieve greatness.

...Who the hell purposely writes in a German accent? You take the card and slide it into your jean pocket. You look up, only to find the djinni gone as well as the azure wisps. You exit the Oasis and make way towards the sound tower--Johan should be out of class by now. Suddenly, you hear blasts of sound rip through the air like jagged knives accompanied by the blasts shooting through the air. You hastily run by a silvertree and observe the action.

Johan appears to be fighting a demon girl. The girl is wearing a plain black tubetop and has maroon eyes, as well has short black hair and two curled horns. A large set of bat-like wings are behind her, flying up and about.

 "GOD DAMNIT!" Johan bellows out as he rips through the air with sound, slashing the end of his guitar around in the demoness's direction.
 "Ku ku ku~" the girl laughs as she slices her claw towards him when she gets up close. Her six pack abs are now more easily seen, indicating that this girl is a rune user. She sends a powerful punch into Johan's abdomen, causing him to literally fly into the round wall of the sound tower.

Time to purify.

   You charge towards the demoness with outstanding speed, dodging around pearlwood trees and into her. You send a kick flying at her.

She suddenly grabs your shoe and swings you in the air a few times. She throws you up before throwing her fist back, then sending it at you. Her fist strikes your shoulder with extreme force, causing you to propel towards a pearlwood tree with a cracking sound following.

...Ithurtsithurtsithurtsithurtsithurtsithurts...
That punch REALLY hurt.
   You hold your shoulder in pain as Johan sends blasts of sound at the demoness. A soundwave catches the demoness, forcing her against the stone wall. Suddenly Johan strums a chord on his guitar, and in the blink of an eye the demoness was lying by the tree next to yours, unconscious. He stopped time and beat her the hell up. You limp towards him, gasping in pain as you do so.

 "Woah woah, careful there Violet." he says.
 "That HUURRTT!" you say.
 "I know, I know, most rune users with that rune do."

Johan leads you to the school clinic where your shoulder is swiftly repaired. You walk out the clinic with Johan beside you, nonchalantly staring at the courtyard in front of him.

 "What do you want to do?" he asks.

   Runes. You need runes. You take out your blood inscriber and take a few minutes to write a rune of strength. You inject it with a wince and stow the inscriber away. You suddenly feel your muscles begin to burn as they begin to bulge out. Johan whistles at the sight.

 "Damn Violet, have you been working out?"
 "If you consider injecting a runic muscular catalyst into my bloodstream where dormant praecantatio energy naturally flows and passively activates the muscular catalyst working out, then yes." you say, looking down and lifting up a bit of your shirt. You have a strong six pack resting well on your abdomen.

 "And now we fight." Johan says as he brings his guitar out. Time for MORTAL KOMBAT. You attempt to send a punch towards him, only to be blocked by his guitar. He sends a powerful wave of sound hurdling at you. You fly back against a nearby tree, impacting it quite hard. You let out a groan, wincing in pain only to see Johan flying at you with incredible speed.

He stops dead in front of you and holds out his hand. You grasp it with a painful groan, rubbing your back.
 "..I'm not as strong as I used to be." you state with a sad sigh as he pulls you up.
 "Don't strain yourself, hold onto me." Johan says after slinging his guitar onto his back. You rub your back in pain again as it aches from the impact of his sound.
 "You definitely got stronger." you say as you lean onto him. He pulls you down gently to a nearby metal bench, sitting down with you.
 "Yeah, I guess I did." he says with a smile. You lean back onto his shoulder, still in pain. He gazes down at you with his green eyes, with the sun setting just above the horizon in the distance that illuminates the area with a dim orange glow. You gaze back at him a few silent moments as the faint sounds of chirping birds serenely ring through the air, creating a calm atmosphere. The air grows gradually cooler as the sun is shifting down the horizon, causing the clouds to glow a scarlet and orange swirl.


He gently pulls you into a kiss.
