I would say the baked goods. Mostly because I made some of the baked goods in question. The turkey WAS pretty good yesterday though.

Anyone else notice that Lil'Gronk has a chance to defect like the Cutebolds had?

While it can be avoided this time, it also will take longer, and has quite a high chance to be triggerd in this dungeon.
And for the next room...let's take Ithan, the golems, and Oscar.
Lets do this; +1

Chapter 1: Garden Gambit

Turn 11

Quote from: Thanksgiving Guests
Turkey Cornucopia Please!

"Alright, cool. I'll add that to the group inventory. It is a ration, and rations are eaten after every three rooms. Right now Lil'Gronk is the only character on the team who needs rations. Once the Cornucopia is eaten, you can have the prize inside!"

Go the the forward right room, with the cornucopia of turkey meat and Everyone but Gronk.

Quote from: Everybody who isn't a strange computer virus
No, Leave the dog out for the next room!

"Very well. Ithan, Oscar, Gronk, and Ignacio move Northeast, leaving the new pet dog to watch the flank and guard the newly created group inventory.

The next room is empty except for an altar sitting in the middle. Above the altar a massive tornado swirls. A massive talking tornado."

"I am Issac! God of destructive weather, less destructive weather, and weather that is not destructive in the slightest! Have you come seeking a boon from me? If so, you must prove your worth!"

"Oh! Oh! Gronk like boon. The pretty flesh girls have big ones!"

"Thats... Something else Gronk."

"Alright then. Stupid ass golems aside, how may I prove myself your holiness?"

"You have three choices!
Should you wish for a boon recognizing your power, you must challenge one of my Mini-Boss champions here and now!
Should you wish for a boon recognizing your endurance, you must partake of my bullshit escort quest!
Should you wish for a boon recognizing your piety and devotion, your players will be asked to indulge one of my hobbies!

Choose wisely mortals!"

"Phew. For a second I thought he was going to ask us to play trivia. I stink at trivia, unless the topic is fire magic or 19th century British authors."

As much as I'm sure we all hate escort missions, we could really use a defensive buff, as the last battle showed. Therefore, my vote goes to trying for the endurance boon.

Hm...the escort quest sounds fun. In the way Dwarf Fortress with no digging is fun. Let's do that.

Although the hobby thing sounds neat.

Let's do the power challenge, for we value power above all else! Also, if the sub-boss is an elf, that increases robo-mission success.

The last time we indulged in a god's hobby, I had to use the magic of telecommunications to save us. No thanks.

I somehow dislike the escort idea - we might get into a lot of battles before recieving that boon.

The idea of fighting a weather-elemental or warrior rings some warning-bells. Wind and rain might not be wounded by physical means - the golems, and fair oscars pyromancy could also prove less destructive than what we would like.

Having said all that, the last option does not only seem the one with the least risk, the possible reward is also the most vague one. Still, voting for hobby-shenanigans.

Endurance Challenge! We need endurance, we can escort people, all will be fine. Since it's use it or loose it, I'm even going to use my +1up on voting for this.

Ask him if we can get a sort of pre-boon for the mission, to ensure that we will have a chance. If we fail, he can have it back, and we can't run away with it because it isn't the full thing.

Chapter 1: Garden Gambit

Turn 12

Endurance Challenge! We need endurance, we can escort people, all will be fine. Since it's use it or loose it, I'm even going to use my +1up on voting for this.

"We will take the endurance boon challenge. I could use some endurance. I have a freaking d2 as a hitdice here!"

"Hey! I gave you extra lives! And no sharing secret values like Hit Dice with the players!"

"Eeeeps! Don't get angry and smite me! ...We'll take that Bullshit Escort task now please."

"Very well mortal!

Meet Miss Kuhscheiße, The Bullshit Escort. I'm about done with her. Just wander the dungeon and try to keep her alive. Eventually word will get out to her... handler. He'll come get her. I've done this before, so he'll know whats up. It usually takes him the amount of time an adventurer takes to clear 2-4 rooms before he shows up.

Once you drop her off, have the person you wish to receive my boon kneel down and invoke my name thrice!

Any questions mortal scum?"

Ask him if we can get a sort of pre-boon for the mission, to ensure that we will have a chance. If we fail, he can have it back, and we can't run away with it because it isn't the full thing.

"Can we have a little something to give us a chance? We didn't pack for this dungeon assuming we'd be protecting or feeding an escort."

"Your request is reasonable... Lets see what I have in the freezer real quick... Ah!

I will give you some spare food, and fill the empty spell slots of the casters in your party. The spells I have are neither summoning nor fire, so they will be off class, and a power level lower than the slot would normally allow. Also, since you don't have books for em, they are lost forever if removed from your spell list."

+5 Microwave Burrito Rations
Ithan has learned Veil of Clouds!
Oscar has learned Thunderclap!

"Sweet. New magic!" *Mewl* "Thanks for suggesting that Cheesecake!"

"Yeah. That was a good call! I'll keep you around when I rule all creation."

Cheesecake gains +2 Chemistry with Oscar and Ithan!

With the escort now it tow, the party must now decide which way to go next, and which four party members to bring along! Miss Kuhscheiße must be brought along, but doesn't count against the party limit!

Same as last time--all but the potential turncoat, alias "lil'Gronk".

Say, lil'Gronk, did you have an actual name before Gronk named you, or are you fine with lil'Gronk?

Yep. Ithan, Oscar, Gronk, Ignacio and the escort should go North.
