0 in any stat mean a -2 to all rolls with it.
1 means a 50% chance of -2 and 100% chance of -1
2 is a -1.
3 is a 50% chance of -1
4 is no bonus or negative.
5 is a 50% chance of +1
6 is a +1
7 is a +1 with 50% chance of +2
8 is +2
And so on.

((If you were wondering about What the stats are actually for, it's just actions that would involve them. So Strength would be lifting things, moving things, and certain attack rolls. Agility would be for Escaping enemies, dodging physical attacks, using ranges physical weaponry, and general acrobatics. So Jumping, swinging, being assassin-y. Intelligence is used for operating electronics/machinery, figuring out weapons not normally in the character's knowledge, and dodging science/magic attacks. Moxie is your charisma/coolness factor. This is used for interactions with NPCs if there are any, and generally being the suavest person in the room. Finally, Toughness doesn't have to do with rolls, but can reduce the damage you take. So if you have an 8 in it, a blade is going to get caught in your arm instead of passing right through. And a 1 or 2 is going to let i carve through you like fucking butter.

Hm. If it's the same character, I'd say no, the stats are there to stay.

And yes, I will be using the '6+ is an overshoot' method of interpreting the dice. Unless you guys would prefer otherwise. I'llp ut up a quick poll.))

Has no weak points - how do you hurt water? Immune to physical attacks

-Urban Shaman(?): A somewhat unique set of abilities including a +1 bonus to unarmed and improvised combat.
-Binary Gas: Creates a mildly hallucinogenic smoke screen that makes life harder for his enemies(-1 to moxie, agility and intelligence), but easier for himself, as it appears to give him seemingly psychic abilities(+1 to moxie and intelligence). (2 turn cooldown)

Description (Backstory/Personality): A vigilante/news reporter/detective with a storied history and a penchant for philosophy. Seems to be borderline insane, or at the very least, paranoid, given his numerous conspiracy theories. Really enjoys pop music.

Kinda went with an amalgamation of my character's various versions in comics and such.
