How large is the sinkhole?

Design and plant a Great Tree that'll rise up, and out of the sinkhole.
Explore the surrounding area, maybe 50-100 miles around.
Wait for the Titan of Earth to wake, before attempting to repair the earth of your valley.
+1 to this. Maybe we could share the space with our siblings? The branches for the ToA and the underground caverns for the ToE?
+1 to this, I feel that the Titan of Nature should be allied to the Titan of Earth, so maybe we should erect a earthen monolith for him too.

Create ecosystems to live in the caverns.

Have the great tree's roots reinforce and support the earth - counter the curse with our nature powers, basically.

+1 also would it be possible to imbue Primfantes with the element nature allowing them to use it?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I propose a mushroom cavern type of ecosystem for one of 'em. With bio luminescent fauna and creatures, maybe even a few short, and hairy humanoids.

Underground ecosystem

1. Make a moss like plant that covers the cavern the purpose of this moss it to act as reinforcement and also dampens any violent movement of the rocks.

2. bioluminescent plant/mushrooms purpose of them is to give herbivores a food source but also acts as a secondary purpose defense. If a intruder is present and it is not present in ecosystem then these mushrooms will release a deadly toxin in the air that will kill this intruder.

3. Make a plant the collect moisture from the air and insert it into the ground

4. Insert some ideas here

I'd suggest making a semi-sapient species of Primfantes to guard the caverns but there are probably more important things to do right about now.

Since this most likely going to be a closed ecosystem I think we should make everything symbiotic, but they will also worked together to defend themselves.

To some extent or another, +1.
It will be like Soviet Russia, but less prone to corruption and incompetence!

Honestly, I would enjoy placing basic single called organisms around in different areas and just coming back every thousand years or so.

Unless you want to hyper-accelerate the evolution we are going to have to wait a lot longer then a thousand years.

3. Make a plant the collect moisture from the air and insert it into the ground

4. Digging like animals, they artificially expand the size of the caverns, also their dung makes for some excellent fertilizer.

5. Man-eating plant, purpose of this is to eat dead biomass and insert the nutrients into the soil. Also, doubles as defense which can eat live intruders.

6. The gardeners, the maintainers of the ecosystem.

Uhh, we should wait about four years first, I doubt we could do that in the time span provided and the TOE will awaken in that time.

The moss shouldn't take that long to make.

UNDER GROUND ECOSYSTEMS WTF I dont post for two days and this stuff happens isnt the underground the titan of earths deal I know he is not awake yet but seriousley thats not a right to just go tramping through his domain if nothing else lets get the primfants sentient get some worshipers up but under freaking ground I VOTE NO TO ANY UNDER GROUND SCREWINGS OR MESSINGS God only knows what the attitude of the titan of earth is going to be he could get extremely pissed at us for screwing with his element or he could be chill I dont know. We dont need to instant insult this guy.

My suggestion The primfant prime this is the first sentient version of the primfant. The first series of changes is to the biology of the primfant taking and lifting the thorax creating a sort of chest like area.moving the first set of legs onto the upper part of the thorax creating arms. move the second set of legs to the lower thorax to spread out the balance. Also providing three fingered graspers on the new arm appendages. Then upgrade the vision to be able to process colors ect. There we go
