(Part of the dev team here) Everything looks alright for the most part, Eagle. A few things, mostly minor.
For starters, you're missing the thousand starting dollars all characters usually have, not that big a deal, but your character type probably needs it most.
Secondly, I'm not sure if Hellburst is an actual spell you can take, as there's been no work done on Default conjurer spells, so that's something Weird will have to pass judgment on.
Lastly, I'd recommend rewriting your them/style, the wording is a bit vague, and doesn't really tell much about his magic. Theme is a general guideline Weird will follow of how your character casts magic or what kinds of spells he uses, so it's important to make sure you clearly word how and what your character does, or you could end up with bunches of stuff you don't exactly want, or stuck in limbo for eternity waiting for them to be corrected.

Something important to note is that your -3 body modifier is going to be making you move really slowly. You will be going a whopping 2 tiles per turn, 4 at most if you're sprinting. So this, combined with your non-combat magic theme, is going to make you really weak in missions where we need to fight stuff, which is most of them. I'd recommend adding a gun and knife to your inventory so that you have some form of protection should enemies get past the front line fighters and go after you.

I have arrangements for another game on Sunday, so it might not work out if we have to consistently be doing this in the future. This first session should be fine since it starts at 5 PM for me, and the other game starts at 10 AM, but we'll see how things work out.

updated my theme a little.

Did some updates as well.
- Added 1000 dollars
- Made body a bit less terrible (at the expense of a spirit point)
- Added knife and gun, pending GM approval
- Changed description of style. Is this more along the lines of what you mean by style?
