Call in for more men, start patrols at the lines and near the wreck if I am allowed to do that, make sure that EVERYONE going in the railway that is not a certified superior of me is searched entirely. Also try to research a better way to do modern warfare then using trenches.

Requisition or steal a choppa bike, pile the squad on the back, and get over to the west lines as quickly as possible.
Dodge between the machine guns and drift the bike under the barbed wire. The team can shoot the enemies that try to stop us. When we get to the city, they can throw me over the walls so I can undertake the assassination myself.
150 tokens on them dying in 7 turns?
Right:
They all die in under 7 turns: 3:4
All die in under 5 turns: 1:2
All die in under 3 turns: 1:4
Survive longer than 7 turns: 1:4
Complete victory: 1:6
This applies to the XCOM game and rewards will be payed out on death or victory.

Send a few of my remaining men to retrieve the wreck. If they can't retrieve it, blow it up. If we can't have it, we'll at least make sure the enemy doesn't have it either.
Continue hiding. Fire at aliens if I get clear shots at them.
