Olofsson; I need you to help me deal with the enemies on board! Run to the medbay if you get hurt! I'll do the same. I'll keep the weapons firing on theirs; I don't like those missiles coming at us! Keep the shields up and keep us dodging!

ON BOARD THE KESTREL: MANTIS RISING
"We've got boarders incoming!"
The ship's sensors could detect the opening and closing of doors on the enemy ship. Someone made it to the transporter room.
INTRUDER DETECTED
The ship's cameras were offline due to the storm, they wouldn't know where it was until it was on top of them.
"Can Mantis's survive without air?" Captain Parade chimed in, before opening all the doors on the ship that didn't contain a crewmember.
Highmax fired a volley of laser fire into the enemy's shields, slightly damaging the weapons control.
A rocket soared through the intervening space, and made impact next to the Shield generator room that Lurker was in!
All of the sudden, the room that controlled the doors was destroyed!
"Sabotage! They're in the control room!"
The doors to the shield room swung open, and a Mantis stepped in to assault Lurker!
Lurker ran to the weapon's control, and ordered Olaffson to meet him there, if it was a fight they wanted, it was a fight they'd get!
"Why did you leave the shield room!?!" Highmax shouted at him as he arrived.
As if by grand fate, a missile impacted against the shield room right as he finished his sentence.
"Maybe that killed the Mantis! Olaffson, on me!" Lurker ran back to the shield room, only to be stopped by the heavily wounded Mantis as it stormed into the weapon's control!
"KILL HIM!"
They made quick work of the intruder, but lurker was grievously wounded.
"Olaffson, get the doors back online, we've got no air, and I need to get into the medbay!"
Missiles continued to stream into the hull.
Highmax unleashed a full volley of laser fire into their weapon's bay, and tore it to shreds!
"Do we have shields online?" Lurker called.
"Not yet, we don't have the doors working, either!"
"F*^% this!" Highmax called out, as he sent another barrage soaring into the enemy ship!

"It's over guys, we have the door back online, we'll have life support make the ship habitable again shortly, and then we can get Lurker some medical attention, along with Olaffson, I'm sure he needs it after all that time fixing it."

...Dammit. Whatever, that's not really uncommon, especially to Mantis Boarding Parties. Those are seriously one of the worst things to get if you're unprepared.
So while I'm waiting for EP to post his action, I took a look through the games I have, since I might try an quick LP sometime. The only ones that I could really use are propably the Chzo mythos games and maybe Lego racers 1 or 2. Also various Megaman fan games. You know what, I could defintely try LPing those sometime.

Use GM powers to increase the difficulty of the quest, then tag along.

(6) You increase the difficulty a bit too much. Have fun fighting more than one boss!

(6) He tells you that it's leaders are two brothers, known for their ferocity in battle, and that they primarily use axemen and hammermen. He also tells you that the reward is 100 gold to be split amongst you, and whatever else you find in the camp. However, he says that he needs you to retrieve an item from the camp for him. He says you'l know it when you see it.

(1) What do you think this is, a minimalist RTD? You attempt to quest, but get knocked out and forget about it immideatelly. However, you remember that you have two additional abilities: Weak Elemental Manipulation and Magic Bolt.
I swear, these rolls....
I've got some more basic ideas for this now. For one, all wizards gain a couple of minor abilites: Weak Elemental Manipulation (Think lighting a torch or creating a small orb of light) and Magic Bolt (Weak ranged spell with -1 to damage but +1 to accuracy). The additional abilities are mostly to compensate for their lower starting HP. Let me know if that's too strong.
