V good writing, and unfortunately the RP prevents any acceptance, especially due to the phrase 'spread civilisation'
Thank you! But yeah, purely RP, I imagine the "Children" are pretty fed up with the plague by now. Honestly speaking, I genuinely would feel that one of the easiest ways to deal with the problem would be what my character suggested. Elimination and containment of the infected. The Children are limited by the reach of civilization to a significant extent and even more limited by the available technologies seeing as how natural abilities outside intelligence aren't on their side. Therefore expansion of civilization and the furthering of technology are both important steps towards the only way I see the "Children" as reasonably being able to address the issue.
This. Also the Plaguebearers are as much Teskort's as they are Nam'qa's. Teskort is ambivalent to the plague in general, and will defend his infected creations.
Understandable. In that particular case your character's interests would conflict with those of the "Children" quite directly and if I were to genuinely RP, such conflict would be hard to avoid.
The Plague problem
Why contain it? S'cool!
It harms the interests of several characters and has thus far been responsible for a decent portion of the kappa's weakening. Containment is therefore in the interest of several characters.
Edit: But yes, I do agree that it makes things more interesting. A plot with no antagonist can get a little directionless.
