Well that's a good race to have in my forces. Also as a small physics lesson on how they they take heat, in the universe there is no cold, just absence of heat. Heat is the animation in moving particles, judging on how fast they will move (More heat=more animations).

On worlds not protected by Psaras' fish nets, yeah. That won't even require an Act if you don't mind letting the RNG decide the results.
