Anyway, actions:

The End of the Dark age of Suppression:

For years, the capitalistic bourgeoisies have suppressed the proletariat by denying them the truth, and keeping them dumb about what happened with them. This situation is at an end. The curtain has fallen, and the schemes of the bourgeoisies have been exposed, and destroyed by the might of the people. The party has ordered the construction of several major institutions in large cities through the country, to educate the proletariat and further science, for the benefit of the people. Their first actions will be related to the upcoming land reform, and agricultural collectivization.

Forwards

Under the dictatorial role of the bourgeoisies, or industry and agriculture have been consistently weakened, forcing us to rely on import from other nations. Soon however, the agricultural collectivization will allow our country to feed it's own people again. Our Industry will also be repurposed, in order to serve the people, and not the accountants of the capitalists overseas. All factories are to start stockpiling resources, for the execution of the Agricultural collectivization, and the improvement of our Industry. It's essential that each factory has sufficient supply to remain functional, even if supply is interrupted.

Truth

Everyone is equal. It's very important, for an equal civilization to prosper, that no one tries to take advantage of another. In many cases, a lie about a failure is worse than the failure itself. This counts for everyone, but even more so for the district representatives. Changing production figures to hide a failure to reach a quota is not only a deception of your district, but of the entire nation. A true Agraritarian tells the central government of the problems, identifies the source, and proposes a plan. Together, there's no challenge we can't overcome.

Glorious Leader Message 1935, November
"The Soviets wish to put emphasis on Tejekov being an industrial powerhouse, creating factories and mills. This is not needed and is a waste of money. We need scientists and learned people, not illiterate factory workers as is the current status. If we do not do this, Tejekov will not make much of an impact. Resources eventually run out: knowledge never does. We also need food if we wish to make sure that the scientists do not question the state and work against us. Make a farm at the district of Kanski and create a college at the capital, Gardai. If the Soviets question this, explain it as official orders. I shall provide documents if necessary. This shall leave us with 147,400,000 in rubles, which is enough to survive. With this message is an attachment detailing how the people should be taught, hopefully creating a new Tejekovan citizen who is both loyal to the state and naturally inquisitive. Remember. I shall be watching."
Create a college and a farm plot.

Why is no one trying to ask their ideological patron for food?
Because it's easier to assume the GM will rebalance the production.

Also, as unrecognized countries we have little diplomatic options.

Note:
Even with farm plots giving a harvest every month (in game?), I did the math and found that I will need 300 of them (250 people*30 food per month = 7500 food per month, 7500 food per month / 25 food produced per farm per month = 300 plots) just to feed my people in the summer. Winter (3 months?) will require that I build an additional 900 (7500 food per month * 3 months = 22500 food, 22500 food / 25 food per month per plot = 900 plots) to last without depleting my reserves. Unless I've misunderstood completely, and I simply need 30 food per month, but that wouldn't make sense either. Holding off on construction orders for now.

Background - Excerpt from Walter's Speech at the Capital:
The people of Paraglen have suffered through much in the past years. Foreigners have exploited our land and our resources, workers have lived in poverty while their bourgeois masters grew rich on their toil, even as our roads and bridges crumble from neglect. The old, corrupt king's indifference and his government's mismanagement kept these things a reality. Now, the people of Paraglen, under the guidance of her brave National Army, have thrown off the shackles of our inept rulers and their foreign masters. The Revolution will sweep across the nation, so that every farmer, factory worker, and laborer need not worry about his daily bread. He need no longer toil for the benefit of men who hold him in contempt, for now he and his fellow Workers are united to assure the security, solidarity, and integrity of people and our nation.

Your maths are wrong. With 250 people, you need 90.000 food per yer. Farm plots produce 225 per year, so you need 400 plots total, aka your whole country's surface area.

Edit:
I'm trying to run the numbers, but how do you earn resources? Assuming you can use your population to harvest resources at a 1 person => 1 resource rate, investing everything in farming actually prevent you from starving (Assuming you can buy more than 5 building/month. Otherwise you're going to start starving by next July).

If you invest in a college, you can avoid starvation with as little as 237 farms, less if you fire some of your army.

Ok Before I start I have one question...Who thinks that resources should be simplified?
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Also I never thought of this but....Do communist, socialist, fascist countries have tax?

((How comes Baffler has a significantly larger pop and food reserve?))
Sorry, scapheap is also supposed to have that boost. Also It should have been +50 population because of army and not that much food.

That was the most mind blowing experience i had since idk when.I feel like if I just took a mindrape pill. The Resource system MUST be simplified in some way as it takes way too long calculation all the stuff (more then an hour and that's just a couple of players).
Also everybody note you don't need to research for cement nor brick nor iron. You will have to research for steel but i dont suggest investing your research points into it right now as the resource system is most likely going to undergo changes.

Now the food upkeep and income. The system works like this 1 Person x 30 Days = 30 Food per month. So now say you have a population of 200. That's 200 x 30 Days = 6000 food per month. Now x12 for a year that's 72,000.Quite a big number?I suggest that the dictators build up their farms during the winter. Also the farms wont work like this : 1 Farm=1 Food each month. Its going to be something more like 1 Farm=100.That means that with the beginning farms you have you already get 2500 food each month. Now its going to be useful to build more farms during winter so that you will have say 50 farms x 100 will be 5000 which will be both enough for all non winter months and also enough to stockpile food for winter. Countries which started militaristicly will need a quick boost in economy to make sure they have enough food supplies. Atleast according to my maths thats how it should work.
People who I didn't get today I'll do tomorrow as enough mindrape is enough. Also in game 2 weeks past. All other dictators who didn't post yet still have another day (2 weeks in-game) to complete their turn otherwise we will move on.If a dictator doesn't respond for 3 turns (6 days) he will be declared assassinated and someone on the waiting list will take their turn.

Also changes have taken place:
scapheap-Socialist-Jannaina-C
Baffler-Communist-Workers Republic of Paraglen-C

Your country's population have been decreased to 200 and food supplies also decreased to appropriate numbers as to correct mistakes I made earlier on.(Note food supplies should last for more then 3 months to withhold winter. If again I made mistakes report)

If I made any mistakes at ALL, Please report.
Also feel free to ask questions nor suggest anything.
