Its 1935, a couple of years until WWII. Ofcourse you dont know that.Your just a dictator that has managed to gain the upper hand in one of the unnamed tiny countries. The political relationships around the world are slowly declining with American keeping out of Europe and people like Mussolini and Hitler becoming lone leaders of their own countries. The world is gradually coming to the brink of war with Britain nor France doing anything to support the treaty of Versailles and allowing Hitler to rise his armies.

Now its your turn to make a mark and change the outcome of WWII and history!

Rules:

1. You are either a Communist, Fascist or Socialist and so you must follow their policies when creating new laws, acts..etc. Gradual 'ice breakers' are allowed where the country may gradually head towards a more Democratic future but not in the first couple of years of the game.
2. When you begin your country is in a very bad shape but build on a rich in some sort of mineral area.The use of that mineral will determine outcomes of war and political relationships towards your country.For example if your country lies on a area rich in some sort of radioactive material and you start selling the material to Russia during the WWII except Germany to come rushing with some sort of attack.
3.Different technologies are developed over time.You cannot just create a space rocket before reaching the correct time or by speeding up the research somehow.
4.You are free to do WHATEVER you want in your country.Pass acts,laws and so on. But for example if you pass a law saying all your workers have a maximum wage/salary of 1$ per day people may rebel against their leader.
5.Your military will play a huge part on deciding if your a aggressive country during wars or a neutral country.The military requires materials like iron, steel and explosives to function properly.And then it still requires food, workers, engineers, architects and doctors/nurses to makes sure bases are built in time, factories operate correctly and soldiers don't lie in beds with their hands rotting of because of wounds.
6.You economic situation is also very important as if there are no jobs available and people are starving because they cannot afford food don't except to be expanding your workforce,army nor research.
7.The way you react to political situations such as Germany invading Poland or Japan invading China will determine how other countries think of you and react towards your actions.
8.You may resign at anytime but another player may then reclaim your country.

How did you come to power: After forging alot of documents and bribing alot of officials you convinced the people that you are their leader.
Personality: Not many people know that the Glorious Leader in fact exists. As far as people know, the satelite republic of the Soviet Union called Tejekov (Situated between Belarus, the Ukraine, and Russia) is ruled by the Soviet Union. However, behind the scenes, one will find that a lot of official orders given by the Soviet Union have been lost in bureaucracy, found to be missing, or simply ignored. In favor of these orders, the government of Tejekov enact laws that sometimes directly counteract the official orders of the state. If you manage to get past the webs of lies and deception, at the heart of it you find the Glorious Leader. Communicating only through messages, the few people who have seen him in person said that they have been unable to see his face. The Glorious Leader is generally acknowledged to be charming and polite, but occasionally given to intimidating those who stand against him or wish to reveal him. Still... just because he's secret, doesn't mean he's a big deal. The main thing is what he does in the future.

All of the dictatorship countries have enough supplies to keep them going through winter as of right now.


Im going to create a simple handbook as this might get a bit complicated but overall the rules are simple.
Some simple economic and military rules to get people started:
Ok first of all every 2 days are equal to one turn.And one turn=one month.That means that a year = 24 days.This ensures everyone has a chance to have their turn while keeping the game rolling well enough.
Basic economic rules:
30 food gets used up for every person every month.
No food growth in winter unless a trade agreement was made earlier on.
Each country has a beginning area of 20x20.Thats enough for 400 buildings/farm plots etc.
Each Farm Plot Creates 25 Food at Harvest time

Basic Military
To train soldiers (not recommended early on) you must use iron and steel (1 iron and 0.5 steel for each soilder)
Upkeep requires $5 per soldier per day.
