I like trade, and I like water.  Sign me up.

If you could dorf me as an animal trainer/trapper/fisherdwarf, that'd be pretty sweet, too!

Alright, finally picking up the save.  If the aquifer is right under us, that means no stone for mechanisms?

Could you upload the save again and repost it, my computer won't let me connect to that site.

Just looked at the save.  Just a tidbit of unsolicited advice: set your screw pumps up with a power-train - the aquifer will be tough to bust, using only dwarfpower.

ICBM pilot: do you usually start your forts with designating the entire map for woodcutting and plant gathering?

Woobmonkey:  if you have the save, could you upload it to DFFD?

I don't know what's up with the DFFD; this is the second time I've tried uploading the savefile, and after 1/2 hr of waiting, I'm giving up on it.  Sorry dude; I'll probably try again in a couple hours or so.

part 1: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=8167

part 2: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=8168

Both files are in .rar format.  Hope that's okay.
