"Oof"
Leaping once more from a stand still, and then kicking off of a row of seats, Roger delivers a flying punch to the night sky.

((Well, it's in critical, anything should kill it; also, you're cooking the poor guy :P))

Give chase! Don't let that Night Sky get away, attack if the opportunity presents itself.

Draw on Claudius' body, signs of separation and motion to remove him from the light. A river, a pack of hoses, a rocket car. pull him free, but keep him away from the darkness. Draw crosses and snakes on poles, and other signs of healing, to preserve his life, if he has any left in him.
(Min.Spell:6) You effortlessly pull Claudius from beneath the floodlight but the effort seems to stir up a cloud of dust, creating interesting shapes and patterns in the light. You can now see that his head is bruised, bloody and covered in burns but his skull is about the right shape. You think its the right shape. (Min.Spell:2) Despite your best efforts you can't seem to get the drawings right, your snakes look like worms, your crosses look like graves. The magick does nothing.

Leaping once more from a stand still, and then kicking off of a row of seats, Roger delivers a flying punch to the night sky.

((Well, it's in critical, anything should kill it; also, you're cooking the poor guy :P))
(A:2) Roger punches the piece of Sky while it is distracted by the floodlight and manages to punch his fist into the Sky's torso. You can see your fist as it moves through its body, pushing stars out of place before stopping half way. The Night Sky screeches in pain and looks away from the light, right at you.

(A:6,D:3) It grabs you by the arm before you have a chance to recall your punch and slams you, head-first, into the wall. You look up at it to see some of the sky drift out of the wound and float away towards the huge mass hanging from the ceiling. (1) It's too focused on you to be effected by the floodlight.

Give chase! Don't let that Night Sky get away, attack if the opportunity presents itself.
(4)The Night Sky continues to run into the backstage area. As it reaches a door you see an opportunity to attack, (A:5-1,D:6) but the attack misses as the Night Sky crashes through the door without slowing.

(A:3,D:5) The Sky reaches out as it passes, trying to slam the door in your face but you stop the door with your arms and continue to chase it. You are now both in a long corridor with changing rooms to the left and a door at the end.

Advance upon the night sky and attack.
(A:6,D:4) You cut the Sky across the chest, the knife biting deep and gliding through the foreign material. You see some kind of liquid flow from the wound and float towards the drooping mass on the ceiling.

(A:4,D:6) The piece of Sky tries to retailiate but is distracted by its efforts to stem the flow from its body. (5) The sound coming from this Night Sky rises to uncomfortable levels and the Night Sky aggressively turns towards the floodlight.

The drop of sky hangs even lower than before, giving anyone who looks an oddly positioned view of the night sky. It looks as though it's about to drop.

"Forget that."
Roger glares at the aggressive blob before him. He takes a stance, ready to leap backwards or dive forwards at a moments notice, and readies his hands for some wicked chair grabbing. He waves the monster over, daring it to hit him first, prepared to flip away at a moments notice; as soon as it strikes, he is beside it, plunging a hand into it's side and trying to grab a star from within.

Attack my Night Sky while it's distracted! Go for a final blow!
(A:6,D:2) You bring the knife down on the Night Sky's 'head' and its body seems to split itself, letting you effortlessly cut the creature down its center. (A:5,D:3) Before you can even gain your balance, the Night Sky grabs you by the arms. The two pieces of its body begin to move backwards towards the mass of sky, dragging you with it along the stage. The Night Sky is making panicked sounds as it lifts you into the air and then loses its grip. You watch as the Night Sky's body is absorbed into the huge droplet.

Night Sky #2 is dead

"Forget that."
Roger glares at the aggressive blob before him. He takes a stance, ready to leap backwards or dive forwards at a moments notice, and readies his hands for some wicked chair grabbing. He waves the monster over, daring it to hit him first, prepared to flip away at a moments notice; as soon as it strikes, he is beside it, plunging a hand into it's side and trying to grab a star from within.
(A:4,D:5) The Night Sky charges at you blindly but you dart around to the right (A:4+1,D:4) and punch into into its torso again, (4) barely managing to grab a star from within it. You grip it in your hand as you turn to face your opponent once again. The undulating surface of the tiny star is hot, almost hot enough to burn your skin.

(5) The Night Sky looks into the floodlight again as its body begins to dissemble and flow in bits and pieces towards the huge droplet. It makes a sound that could almost be described as a howl and then goes silent.

Night Sky #2 is dead

Expend three charges to draw a large sun on the stage floor. Bring DAY to this fight!

(( God ... fix Claudius, fight giant space monster, fix Claudius, fight giant space monster ... I keep going back and forth on this))
You draw a large sun on the stage and the ink stains and sketches on your skin and clothes visibly darken. (Maj.Spell:1-3+3) As you finish your final line the air rushes towards towards the drawing. It bursts into flames and the stage within the yellow circle rises to form a fiery hemisphere. You back away, shielding your face and accidentally trip over Claudius. You can't help but notice that Claudius is also dragging himself away from the inferno, his movements weak and his face still a ruined mess.

The stage and the audience are now fully illuminated.

Jeremiah has priorities.

Loot the changing room for sweet garb.
(3) In the changing rooms you find bits and pieces of various costumes.
Quote
A monocle, the golden paint peeling to reveal the aluminium beneath.
A bakers boy cap stained with what looks like shoe polish.
A frilly shirt stained with fake(?) blood.
An unwashed pair of khaki shorts.
As you search you're suddenly aware of the sound of rain, followed by the sound of a door closing.

Night Sky #3 has escaped

The huge droplet of sky finally drops into the audience revealing that the roof is still intact. It crashes on the seats like water but it doesn't flood the theater. The droplets of sky flow back towards the shining star at the center of the mass, now shining brighter than ever before, and start to orbit it as wavy tendrils.

Claudius props himself up against the stage's backdrop, an alpine vista, and shouts: "Stand tall men, for Lady Fortune smiles upon us this day." He looks like he's going to say more but spits out some teeth instead.

Fortune's Star has joined the fight

Oh, good, you're awake. And alive. Suggestions?
Redraw healing onto Claudius. Draw a ruined face morphing into a whole one. Draw teeth. Draw lines swirling into a body, symbolizing energy collection.

Grip star tighter, observe the big blobby thing.

Oh, good, you're awake. And alive. Suggestions?
Redraw healing onto Claudius. Draw a ruined face morphing into a whole one. Draw teeth. Draw lines swirling into a body, symbolizing energy collection.
(Sig.Spell:3-1) While your art is passable the magick fails to manifest. You withdraw your hands, confused, and Claudius looks back at you with the word 'unamused' practically written across his face.

"Hey, hey! Let me help you."
Cut self wrist using knife. Piut hand on Roger and heal some of his wounds.
You cut your wrist and the blood begins to run down your arm. You place your palm on Claudius' forehead (Sig.Spell:6) and Claudius closes his eyes as the blood begins to envelop his marred features. The blood also flows around Nathan's forearm and back towards his shoulder before it erupts from his arm in a spray of crimson gore, coating Claudius, Oz and himself.

Claudius pulls himself up, wipes the blood out of his eyes and readies his rapier once more.

"Hmm. Thanks. Walk off the rest later."
Grip star tighter, observe the big blobby thing.
From your vantage point in the audience you take in the sight of Fortune's Star. It's become difficult to look at the star itself but when a bit of sky passes in front of hit you see that it is a much larger version of the star in your hand.

Take the monocle, then head back out to the main stage.
You grab the monocle and stow it before walking back onto the stage. You see a big crazy thing in the audience.

Five tendrils suddenly break from their orbit around Fortune's Star. (vs.Oz-A:2,D:1)(vs.Nat-A:3,D:6)(vs.Rog-A:6,D:5)(vs.Jer-A:6,D:1)(vs.Cla-A:6,D:1) The first slams into a stunned Jeremiah, knocking him down and briefly pinning him with enough force to make the stage floor creak worryingly. The second curves around and tries to strike Roger, but the freerunner dives into a nearby  pile of broken seats at the last moment. The final three simultaneously strike at center stage and while Oz and Nathan manage to dodge the tendrils aimed at them, Claudius is smashed through the stage and disappears into the darkness beneath.
