Huh, was the thing on the skills screen showing what skills receive a mood bonus a recent update?

Actually... Come to think of it, lore saw very little use last play through, while other social party skills were fairly hot topics. We may want to keep that in consideration..

Lore is probably one of those skills you never need until failing it kills you.

Happened about a third of the way into the last game, I think. Specifically mentioned as an update (along with a few new windows and stuff or something)

Presence and Court Manners.  Force the nobility to cower before our fine knowledge of which fork you use for the salad and which one for the main dish.

Yeah, that and a skip option for rushing through things you've seen already.

Week 5: How Things Work

Court Manners 15
Presence 8
Lore 6
Foreign Affairs 3
Divination 2
Novan History 2
Composure 1
Flattery 1

[Attenborough]: "When the wild Noble wishes to insult its monarch, it turns its back on it, thereby signalling its contempt. Alas, this queen is young and inexperienced; she might not understand what's happening."

My leading theory is still that she's yielding to herself or her duty to herself.

Like a really devout priest.

Well, here we go.

Multiple couriers to carry one necklace?

That thing must be fancy as all hell.

...well, she's still young.

STOP PANICKING, EVERYTHING IS FINE

Aaaaaaand...

Huzzah! We have officially succeeded at something Noble-y.

Hm. Of course, now we can choose to wear it anyway.

Oh yes, and with 67 votes, we have Bellodie's tastes in candy:

45 Chocolate! WE REGRET NOTHING!
22 Sugar!
16 Strawberry!
14 Watermelon!
14 Nougat!
13 Vanilla!
13 Caramel!
12 Candy?! Bellodie hates candy!
11 Cherry!
11 Grape!
10 Lemon!
9 Orange!
8 Something Else!

So the overwhelming opinion appears to be that chocolate is worth the risk. The next highest option, sugar, has half its votes, and it's a bit more of a drop from there to the gradual slide of every other option. Strawberry is still noteworthy for being the highest fruit option, though.

Don't wear it.

We're not that kind of monarch, after all.

I voted for strawberry, so it must be correct. Also holy crap so many votes. :o

Anyways, is this Duke of Seda an eligible bachelor and/or a total hottie? ...No?

We shall marry the throne.  Or some crap like that.

Discarded? Why let it gather dust when we can SELL it.

I'd offer some ice for that burn but I failed my Medicine: Battlefield check.
