Err... I think they need to be absurdly high, so that would have been a waste compared to doing a negative skill "BECAUSE WE NEED JUST ENOUGH FOR THIS SKILL CHECK."

High Presence and Economics, iirc. but... high. Like, we're going to be unlocking some costumes high.
Do bear in mind that is intended to be a blind LP. Trying and failing for that could have been highly amusing.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

Didn't we already try breaking into the treasury? That's how we know what skills we need.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

What skills, yeah. Not how much of them.

Play with toys, only because that lets us be angry next week (as opposed to attending court, which would leave us as depressed), which makes learning to swordfight easier (I think).  Then, after next weekend, we might finally be able to learn those skills we need to demolish the treasury doors and obtain our gem!

Ye gods I just completely gave up an afternoon to this game. (10% Christmas discount for steam right now)

I'm all for attending court and teaching our little war monger to speak to nobility, courtmanners and such. You honestly can't expect to show up to a neighboring kingdoms land with army in tow without any proper declaration? It's just tacky. You gotta learn how to do things in style! I'm talking wreath of severed diplomats' heads with a properly calligraphic titled letter declaring war!

Anyway good game is good. It's certainly has a niche visual appeal but get beyond that and this game suddenly becomes a complicated strategic game. Every little choice you make always has the opportunity to bite you in the ass. Also skill checks are a bitch.

Spoiler: MORE SPOILERS (click to show/hide)

Sneak out. Is a bit too late to train royal demeanor, we might as well forget it and go to willfull directly. Also, we need accounting to enter the treasury.

From what I remember, the same failure message appears quite a bit if they aren't above a relatively high amount, though I may be mistaken. You don't get any headway until the point of costume unlocks, I feel sure, though.

Play with toys, because why not.

Can we see a screenshot of her current stats, before the next classes?

NAVAL STRATEGY AND SWORDS.
Because one day, we'll command our flagship to drive closer so that we can hit the enemy with our sword.

Naval Strategy and Logistics.

We still need Logistics, remember?

Also, when this princess dies, we should probably train Poison to see what happens if you pass the check.

This. Also, didn't we unlock a new costume, or was I dreaming?
