"Oh hey this is a great party and isn't that those little teacakes over there way over on the other side of the room away from this argument that's seriously getting awkward because I'm still technically also a minor under a regent and oh you both aren't going to let me get away that easily darn..."

Side with Gwenelle.  Who needs advice from their elders?

Side with Gwenelle.

Though we might be sympathetic, since our mother is dead, the fact remains that the duchess is essentially a powerless dowager. Her daughter weilds the power now. So let's make allies.

I have not gotten here in any games so I can advise without risk of spoiling. :) I agree, side with Gwenelle, teenage solidarity forever!

Side with the Mother. Not that I actually want that, but I can safely be contrary for no raisin without endangering the course I actually want, in this case. No unanimity!

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

...I was not spoiled about the archery, but I am completely ok with this circumstance. Go Mongol Princess go!

In the meantime, friends first. It's lonely on the throne and we need as many friends as possible whom we can trust.

Week 28 Continued: Force of the Suns

I dunno why she'd expect a 14 year old to side with a 35 year old in shackling a 15 year old out of her rightful domain.

Finally, somebody who agrees with her. By which I mean isn't a terrified servant or someone who cares about political ramifications and diplomacy.

I'm sure Ms. Breaksherneck will be there to comfort him. Unless we succeed in bludgeoning her to death and/or away from our father like we plan.

He's not going to like hearing about a lot of things we do.

Good gods, she's related to everybody.

Also her earrings appear to be miniature stars. On the whole I don't think she's someone we want to fuck with.

OH, I mean, I didn't mean good good thing, just that it's got some potential to have some good effects, is all!

Uh huh...

Secrets? What secrets? Have they been holding out on us?!

Axie. We have just heard of mystery boxes, and this is your expression?

I hope that's her "Old Palace, you say? Interesting..." face and not her oblivious ditz face.

Though to be fair, we tend to not know anything about anything that isn't an advanced military maneuver or dodging technique. I think our magic is pretty good too?

Well this is going great.

Is that all we were to you? A repository of information on the haunted old palace at Kathre Lake?!

Because lemme tell you, that is an absolutely awful use of us. Shoulda told us there were fishmen hiding in there or something.

With or without being stabbed on the way home?

Apparently without!

Well that was a fun party, completely disappointing the young sun goddess aside. What's on for the weekend?

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

I briefly checked before posting the image, but I did just double-check and the Barracks text is indeed accurate.

Honestly DANG this LP

Every time I say the name of this game in my head I don't say "Long live the Queen" I say "Expendable Princess".. And you know what?

It is probably the best possible name for the game.

DANG IT LP!
