how do i tell what dwarfs to put in my squad?

my entire military was killed by goblins and i made a new squad because the old one glitched or something but it says "10/10 wrestlers" how do i change it to other types of solders?

Have you assigned them weapons yet?

The professions listed depend on the weapons assigned to the squad.
