Sacrifice self to the Great Golden Dragon to revert everything to how it was one year ago.
Aid action.

your ashes go and go into an urn... and your ashes are sacrificed.

OH HELL NAW, PUNCH THAT BLOODY TEACHER  TO DEATH, STEAL STICK, KILL ALL THE DISRESPECTFUL BOYS, TURN INTO GOD.

you cannot become god. nor do you have a surefire way to know who is disrespectful and who is not. with that in mind...
(4)
you kill the teacher. and you grab the stick. you kill some boys, but the stick gives you some splinters. oh, and also, god slaps you in the face.

Sacrifice self to the Great Golden Dragon to revert everything to how it was one year ago.

(4)
you kill yourself!
the great god does not change time, as the god cannot do that.

bad guy turn:

I call shenanigans.

1. My action was a 5, not a 6. I should have not only survived, but had a critical success.
2. With Nerjin's 4, plus my aid, that makes a 5. Even a 4 is a success. If you're going to lolnope it, don't bother rolling.
3. I am the Great Golden Dragon, you fool!

Point 3 was correcting a fundamental misunderstanding. Nerjin was sacrificing himself to me, for reasons I'm a bit confused and considering being flattered about, not acrificing me to...something.

And as for the others: Minimalist RtDs are expected to obey the dice above essentially all else, which is why they are called minimalist. If you go not only by something other than what the dice say, but do the exact opposite...

Fine, screw logic. I am the gm. I am more powerful than god in this universe. Stop arguing with god. What I say goes. I have ultimate power, and when I said specifically no gods, this is what I meant.

...

How is "Set things back 1 year" in violation of the "no gods" rule? How is letting someone sacrifice themselves to me in violation of it? If you were going to deny it anyways, why did you roll the dice--just to rub our face in the fact that you could make the exact opposite of what the dice say happen?

Respawn.

Destroy ]i]everything[/i].

This is a good example of a minimalist RTD: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=130668.0

No gods also applies to no deus-ex machination. And going back in time is more or less deus-ex machination.

No, going back in time is time travel.

And deus ex machina is a divine thingy in name only.

Respawn as  BLU Soldier weilding Rocket Launcher, Buff Banner, and Disciplinary Action
(3)
you spawn as a soldier, with the liberty launcher, a flag with the word "buff" writen on it, and a cane from starship troopers.

RUN AWAY, STEAL HAND CANNON FROM LOCAL CANNON SELLERS, BLOW TEACHER TO BITTSSSS.
(3)
you move away at a pace that is neither running nor walking, and you steal a "hand cannon", a .22 derringer. you shooot the teacher twice, but she doesn't seem to notice.

No, going back in time is time travel.

And deus ex machina is a divine thingy in name only.
(3) your character is still dead. nice job.

bad guys:
(X)
they all miss you, the big people swinging crowbars at you, and they all comically whack themselves in the head.
have a nice day.
