Delicious minced dwarven ale
« on: November 05, 2013, 01:53:22 pm »

Dwarven chefs have discovered a way to not only use alcohol in recipes, but to cut liquids. This discovery allows limitless meals to be prepared from otherwise useless materials, truly, this is the best thing since sliced water.

When the only way of preparing food you know is mincing, you have to be creative with it. They have no problems with mincing flour, too.

Now you know what a dwarf means when he asks for a "stiff drink."

I read the title and thought that someone succeeded in making rum from their dwarves' blood.
I'm not sure why I thought that, but now I am disappoint that it is not true.

Oh look, I have a steam account.
Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

I'm sure someone could edit the raws to make that happen.  Custom reaction at a workshop to extract dwarven blood into a barrel then another to ferment the stuff at the still.

I'm sure someone could edit the raws to make that happen.  Custom reaction at a workshop to extract dwarven blood into a barrel then another to ferment the stuff at the still.

That's like some sort of insane version of the Fremen's water-retention policy.

What's wrong with using magma? That's almost always the easiest method.
I have issues channeling it properly to do that method. I end up flooding the fortress with magma.

I quoted this to one of my friends. She said, and I quote, "*Penis joke*".

Lielac likes adamantine, magnetite, marble, the color olive green, battle axes, cats for their aloofness, dragons for their terrible majesty, women for their beauty, and the Oxford comma for its disambiguating properties. When possible, she prefers to consume pear cider and nectarines. She absolutely detests kobolds.
