I am lurking in the Tokens, and many have tons of ambiguous things like this. I can read it, but, this"explanation" is vague to me.

My guess is yes, because if you don't need to sleep, then not waking up is not a problem. The only issue might be if a creature is sleeping when the modified raws are loaded.
