Liberal Crime Squad, if you haven't heard of it, is available in the Curses section of this very forum! Originally made by Bay12, it's a pretty great game, particularly now that it's had so many updates by the community / Jonathan Fox.

Arresting people as the police was probably the best part. I remember going on five-star arresting rampages... Good times.

I do. It's in the thread title.

I still don't get it. Unless you are suggesting that My Little Pony also fits the bill, since it is a game, and the word game appears in the title, just as the word crime appears in the title. Or am I missing something legitimate?

Apparently not sold anymore and i had some fun with it.
You play as a Polish burglar somewhere on the british isles slowly working yourself up (or should i say down?) the underground "social" ladder.

It also had a sequel but i'm not so sure about its "availbility".
