Az'Gnahl shall be the name by which the mortals will known us.

Water is our domain - quenching the thirst of our followers and their fields, while drowning our foes and their fields alike. (Should multiple spheres be an option, we are also a harbinger of storms - allowing us to traverse both elements with ease.)

A Winged Snake shall strike fervor into our flock - and fear into those that dare to stand against it.

Our head is twice that of mortal men, with a row of spikes portruding from our eyebrows. Mossgreen scales adorn the full length of our back, the underside a yellowish white instead. The water-wings are placed after the first third of our ~15 meter length - they are obviously flexible enough to be coiled alongside, and allow for great speed in open bodies of water...

I'd tone down on the "entirely made of rocks" to "rock scales and armor", keeping some flesh, but otherwise it's a good description.
