Ok, I've got the new map made, for when I'm ready to start it.
It's got plenty of cover and hiding spots, for people who want to play, you know, like it's actually a tactical shooter.
I think I'll have it be that being in cover halves incoming damage, and "being in cover" is decided by if you're adjacent to a wall, and that wall would reasonably be useful in blocking a shot, so you can't press your back to a wall and say that the guy in front of you deals only half damage.
Maybe the "dodge" action should only half damage, and then completely negate damage if you have cover.
I think if I do that, then dodging shouldn't require any tokens, otherwise it'll just be dumped like before.

But then people will just get on opposite sides of cover and dodge endlessly... Hmm.
I'll have to think about that.

Stats: Flimsy Wizard/Gunman
- Strength: 1
- Agility: 3
- Vigor: 1
- Logic: 3
- Focus: 3
- Willpower: 1
Weapon suggestion: Wand (Dunno if this is balanced, but here you go:)
Wand: Comes with 2 item tokens; use 1 item token to inflict 1 damage on any target within 4 squares; can use as many item tokens as you want each turn; recharges at a rate of 1 item token per turn.
^If it's overpowered, you could make it recharge at half speed.
Weapon (if suggestion isn't valid): Gun

I think I'm going to kill this, the idea behind it just wasn't that good.
I'm working on a sequel to it that I'll make eventually.
