You know what?

Duel at Dawn time.

All stats begin at 2, you may remove a point from a stat and place it into another stat, as long as no stat drops below 1, and no stats rise above 4.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Did I put in a "Name" section on the sign-up?
I don't think so!
Also, if you put in a weapon that doesn't have rules for it, you had better suggest a balanced rule for it or I won't allow it.

EDIT: Thought of a rule for dual weapons, so you can have them.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Move two spaces southeast and one east. Aim and fire if possible.

E/D Charges!
GWG moves down and aims, but he's not in range yet. (you can't shoot this turn, either, he's one square too far.)
Scap enters the arena! (sorry your character looks terrible, my art sucks.)

(Also, what's with logic always being the dump stat?)

Logic is a dump stat because we'd rather attack than block, I guess.

Dumbo's action is rather vague.
Go east far enough that I can hit Dumbo with the pistol. Shoot him.
