"We can't give up on somebody who can perform such wonderful rocket-powered kicks! At least, not this easily."

Turn to where I think that Raynen fellow might be.

Confirming that Raynen does hear this and anything else you yell at him. And yes, you can hear him yell back if he decides to keep yelling.

I would run a turn, but I'm a little low on actions right now. Hello? People?
w/e, Akari can get ahead in time from the others I suppose since she's active.

...Better. Than I ever thought.
Sue..Raynen..where are you guys.

Akari brushed her hand against the uniform-bandage as she stabilized herself against the wall, and wondered.
Uniforms?

...She loots the skeleton's uniform, and wears it--but before discerning if there is anything supernatural about it, and if it is safe to wear.

Continuing the field, she examines the inside of the apartments, this time conjuring simple flashes of light to illuminate the room at intervals of memory-pathing.

Perhaps..if I try a constant yet broken link of light, I'll be able to discern my surroundings and conserve my energy. I wonder if..if I can sense if Sue or Raynen are alive. Perhaps..even if night is here and it is foggy-moisture can't carry sound far given where I ran I guess. Mhhh.

Also ponder how my talents fare in telepathy.
Checking for *weird stuff* regarding the uniform *rolls die*
nope, you found nothing weird about it. It's just a uniform, pretty beat up but still wearable.
you put it on, it's a bit overlarge for you but at least it's warm.
using the ball of light you conjured up earlier (I assumed you took it with you when you ran, rather than lighting up the warehouse everyone else was inside and giving away their position, sorry for not mentioning it earlier - forgot about that minor detail.) you begin to explore the nearby apartments. Inside you can find lots of minor odds and ends, some money (2 silver, 7 copper, on a cursory inspection. could find more if you spend time thoroughly searching the places.) and other evidence that the apartments used to be in use, including the occasional children's toy. You can also see signs of forced entry and struggles, as well as bloodstains and drag markings leading outside, but no bodies. and no people.

as for telepathy? You've never tried it, and don't really understand the theory behind it either. Still, you could give it a shot. Though supposedly this mist blocks everything like that.

Yeah, let's go find that robot guy anyway. So what if he is silent and makes no movements, and doesn't show any signs of life?

If I can see my surroundings (lying face up or such), communicate them to the rescue team. If not, try to shift myself/roll so I am face-up, and then communicate my location. If I can't even do that, then just continue confirming that I'm alive, and giving them a sound to move towards.

((MWAHAHA!
Also yay, portable intangible ball of light. <3))

..Goodness. This looks less like a riot happened and more like..an attack happened. From the outside? It'd be weird due to the patrol earlier. Very strange. These bloodstains look like they were more surprised than ready-and-defeated.

Oh..oh no. Even this little one's teddy bear lies flopped on its side. May have been dropped..I better take it.

Akari takes one of the stuffed children's toys if it isn't really a teddy bear!

At least this uniform isn't wool and clinging to my skin, ugh. I could imagine all sorts of diseases that brings. Mhh. At least its loose around the waist. Or..hmm, this works as a full piece of clothing, though it stretches up to my thighs. Meh.

Akari searches more, and begins getting the money, analyzing it for details on the coins (probably minted after the ruler of this place? It looks grand at first sight, Akari remembers.) She also takes a peek outside if any of the trails make up a line of some sort, or any kind of trail.

She tries to discern if the blood is old and dried, darkish red and such. How bloody is it? Arterial wound-ish? :p

Vague action is vague.
GM interpretation roll: 2 (Renard)
GM interpretation roll: 2 (Pantagruel)
GM interpretation roll: 3 (Angel)
You all stand in between the burning buildings yelling at each other, unsure what to do.

If I can see my surroundings (lying face up or such), communicate them to the rescue team. If not, try to shift myself/roll so I am face-up, and then communicate my location. If I can't even do that, then just continue confirming that I'm alive, and giving them a sound to move towards.
Well, your field of view is somewhat limited, but you seem to be able to make your neck work at least, so with some wiggling...
Raynen manages to roll over to a face-up position, and keeps yelling at his rescuers. They don't seem to be getting any closer for some reason...

Stuffed Dragon Get. (minor (old) bloodstain on left wing. visibly worn thin and restitched at wing attachment points.)
Coins Get (total including previous loot: 17 sp, 30 cp)
the coins all have a generic image of the city, rather than the face of a particular ruler. It's an old standard they adopted to make things easier on both merchants and the mint, if you remember your history correctly.
The blood smears lead outside and into the street. they disappear a short distance onto the cobblestones.
The blood is old and dried, but you can't tell how old very well. You aren't an expert on how bloodstains age. as for how much? there's...
There's a lot. More than someone can lose and stay healthfully upright.

((My action was rather clear. It's just that the actions I was trying to help were...not.
Also, I rolled higher, which helps justify my mental image that Angel was just loudly agreeing with whatever the others were saying.))

Locate the robot guy. If the location is both reachable and not likely to burn me to death, approach the robot guy. Examine the robot guy. Does he look like I can pick him up without needing extensive skin grafts later? If so, pick him up. If my hands are not horribly burned, carry him out of the building. Place him in a convenient location, for which purpose the ground will do. Examine him for responsiveness and life signs.

If at any point I meet obstacles that seem insurmountable, scratch my head and examine what may have gone wrong and how to fix it.

PS: Before doing anything, wait until Joe runs out of ammo/stops firing. If there is a flaming rack still in the way, look for a way around it. If Joe completely missed it somehow, there should be brand new holes someplace in the building at the very least.

((the problem is there is a flaming rack in between you and your objective. You can try to dive through it, move it somehow, put it out, reroute around it through one of the warehouses, whatever. but its been there. I'm not trying to be mean here, but I kinda thought you'd at least acknowledge that the problem exists in some way or another. I could quote the specific part of turn 27 where it blocked you three if you want...))
