Can you change anything in the battle from underwater?

P.S. Instead of a five-foot step, can I take two two-foot steps?

I could just leave the battle. I think there's a critter I can shapechange to that has a good swim speed. The Varag has a land speed of 60ft. Or the Avariel Elf, then I could just fly away.

If I'm not mistaken, I'm the only who's actually done anything of import in the battle so far, even if it's only minor scratches to the nigh-unstoppable killing machine. No need to get critical.

Pass me that amulet if you are going to dive into the water Hans.

Um...my point was that you going underwater would probably negatively affect your ability to contribute.

I could just summon creatures or something. Maybe throw my spear some, depending on Remuthra's ruling on 2-foot steps.

Nah. Seldain isn't leaving. He isn't even close to wounded enough to consider it.

Considering that the most I'd be able to summon is a wolf, I think I'll get some cover first.

If only I hadn't tried to power game. Then I could be throwing 6 6d6+6, reflex for half damage attacks.

That sounds like it would require Spring Attack.

I get the feeling half the party will be killed and the other half will escape into the sea.

Last round, the critter (who I am increasingly suspecting is, indeed, just an advanced, refluffed belker) dealt a total of 51 damage--42 to the mage, 9 to me. Raiss has 45 hit points. Do the math.

Yeah, I believe someone already figured that out. Refluffed, supercharged Belker.

And I doubted it at the time, because I suspected you were using some obscure sourcebook demon.
