Math time!

You have a Charisma of 19 (+4) and three "points" in Diplomacy (+1.5 or +3, depending on what exactly you mean), for a total bonus of +5.5 or +7.

Kre!aqil has a Charisma of 15 (+2), nine ranks in Diplomacy (+9), and a synergy bonus (+2), for a total bonus of +13.

I'm not sure if I want to know what Genesis's Diplomacy bonus is.
