I believe so. You'd take off-hand penalties on one of them, though.

...Gah. So hard time deciding. Can I keep a feat untaken so I can make my mind up later? Just so we can actually get the game going. I'm basically stuck on deciding whether I should focus on just my rapiersman skills or go with rapier + whip two weapon fighting.

Just attack with the one in your main hand, and you should be great.
