On a side note, at this moment each unit cost 5 production. Invention units are often significantly stronger, but cost more.

Militia cost 2.5, if applicable. (Ie, loosing people won't cost production, but pop)

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.
