Haunted House: A Competitive RTD: Turn 10 (Waitlist Open)

HAUNTED MANSION: A COMPETITIVE RTD

Hello Bay12, I am now hosting a series of competitive RTDs where you, the general players, are entering a mysterious mansion, and get trapped inside! But, one of the players, instead of entering with everyone else, controls the mansion itself in an attempt to kill every other player. Will the players escape? Or, will they learn why it sucks being in a horror RTD?

This RTD is basically set within a horror movie, as a side note, meaning that many horror tropes apply when needed.

Spoiler: Waitlist (click to show/hide)

The first seven complete applications can be assumed accepted, as long as their reasonable. Anyone who fails to get in will be on the waitlist, and will have to refill their application when the next round comes along.

(Honestly, why do people say they are afraid of spiders? Their just doing their duty as the organic bug catchers of this world, more than happy to leave us alone and we, as humans, kill them and let out ear splitting screeches out at just the sight of one baby spider then grossly overstate the size of it if its just thumb width, I truly don't get it)

There's a reason it's called an 'Irrational Fear'. Like, we have no reason to be afraid of dolls either. Or Wind Chimes. Or Grandfather clocks. Or even Needles! I myself have Arachnophobia, and it stems from a spider bite that I had a slight allergic reaction to as a child.

(Finally, someone else gets it! Right now, I am observing one of my house spiders as it murders one of the less adorable denizens, and turns it into an egg sack for hundreds of it's little cuddly murder babies.)

Yeah, my fears for my character are all drawn from my own irrational (and illogical) fears, as well.

Well, so far, everyone is in.

Also, I feel I need to clarify one thing with the "Region" roll the mansion can do: IT IS NOT REQUIRED. If you don't do it, I will just make something up. I mean, there is little reason NOT to, but I thought I should clear that up.

It begins. The randomly rolled person to be the mansion is Pancaek!

ROUND 1 TURN 1
In the dark hours of the night, six figures appear, approaching a lone mansion on the edge of a mighty cliff. The reasons for each entering the mansion is unknown, whether it be following through with a dare, or just a innate curiosity on what is inside. A gentle rain makes a terrifying image, and as it grows stronger, the only place to avoid it is inside.

What everyone knows about the mansion, however, is the same.

The mansion... is haunted.

-The Foyer-

As you all enter the mansion, a flash appears outside as lightning strikes, the door behind you slamming shut, unable to be opened. The only way to escape the mansion is by finding another way out.

The Foyer itself has two floors. The first floor, on opposite sides of the room, are two plain wooden doors. The upper floor has three doors, one right on top of the stairwell, the others on opposite sides of the upper balcony.

Well, there is the first turn. I am not going to post your character's status JUST yet, as nothing has happened yet. Have fun, you guys.
