Duh, should not found any good thread, so going do my own. General planning topic for RPs. Simple, you have idea and little discuss about it before doing any real topics. I got one such for now...

I have been thinking for some weeks to start after long break RP. However there is few things before it. First, can't focus on fully so better to have somecorpse as GM/host/leader/chief/whatever, while itself being more like, hm, background force? Second, bad engrish. However that one just give to me idea how to this, but about it little later.

Idea for RP is simple. Its about dwarves and they don't where they are, why they are and almost not know who or what they are. Or in other words this RP is about dwarves who have been awakened from deep slumber or more like theirs minds are. They have no memories, only skills and ability to communicate. Meaning its time to find out about what this is all about.

Aside from plot there is also this thing. How about draw RP? This idea come to mind after thinking about not being too good in non-native language. Sure, not everybody can draw. On other hand not everybody need to draw. Few are enough. Other can just explain that they are doing and how. Also not minding if this slowdown RP little. Idea is not that fastpaced anyway. After it is about investigating and perhaps pictures are best ones for such RPs because they can tell thousand thing...

I'm not sure a corpse would make that good of a GM.  :P

With your RP, you would have to work out an overlying plot beforehand. Where are they? Why are they there? Otherwise they will end up just messing about and things are unlikely to go anywhere.

A RP where everyone draws their turn would be interesting, but I don't think there are all that many artists in FG&RP, and even less with the time. I don't think it would work, especially if people tried to explore. It could only really be the GM who drew anything, or else it would get inconsistent very quickly.

Oh, I already have overlaying plot. Through I am not sure how much I should spoil of it. Hm, okay, i'll use tags. Read only if you don't find out things in game, have bad memory or if you are planning giving some helping hands.

A RP where everyone draws...

There is reason why I like to have few other GMs. Makes things easier if one person don't need concentrate to keep RP going. Rotating as theirs time allow probably makes game more smoothly. One lesson learned not really try do things alone, duh. As for drawing, this is also solution. GM which has turn is drawing stuff based on players explanation that theirs characters are doing. Because colors aren't mandatory, how much them you anyway see in underground, things are probably faster. Besides my dwarves are anyway color blinds for most colours.

For GM and information about game, I am able pass it on for them. At least important information. I give some space for improvisation. Forcing follow too strict guidelines aren't good anyway. Railroading? Nope, sorry. There is no trails, except maybe that one for minecars. So imagination is good deal with anyone who wants have that role. Oh, also able to make things interesting even if there is nothing is bonus. Empty cavern room? Abandoned warehouses? Tunnels devoid from anything? Not that they are everything, but they are something which can be found often.

Duh, too much rant. Now put to simple. I am willing to start own thread for this game after I am sure that there is enough interest. As well willing to draw first picture for game. Opening picture in fact...
