A fireman? That... explains a lot. And yes, the city has been put under martial law - they're broadcasting it on everything they can.

Anyway - I found another one. Basically the same experience. We've both just evacuated our apartment building - there's at least one fire in there, and from what you just said, likely a fireman to go with it. We're a few blocks away now, though.

Oh shit, the firemen are going mad now? Fuck. Hope and pray that the military don't, on my behalf. Please.

I'm beginning to think that the best safety is in numbers, for anyone who's still got their sanity - and I can't shake the feeling that that might end up only being people who have had our experience - I'm proof of that. Once is an accident. Twice is coincidence. Three times or more is a pattern. We've got a pattern of people with similar experiences, and while the insanity is only coincidence at this point, something tells me there's a pattern there too.

You two can work out what you want to do. It sounded like he was going to try and head to the edge of town and setup camp for the long haul.

I can tell you now, don't bother looking online - something's screwed it up, nothing comes up correctly. When you find out where the other guy is, call me back - I think we should group up. If anything, I probably have some supplies and expertise you guys might not, and vice-versa.

Yes. However, would it be acceptable to maybe implement a system where, for example, any players that haven't posted a week after the previous turn just get skipped? Because that's a way to ensure things will keep moving, at least.
