I was expecting DF2013 on same date as DF2012, but it still didnt come out.. i know this may be stupid question but anyone knows when will new version of DF will come out and what will be added? also details on future of DF?

Uh, December 11th would be a better estimate, or even January 11th since Toady said that they'll be done with the main list around mid November, after that is various testing. Really though, you can't give an estimate because Toady hasn't given one and it'll be released when he decides it's fit for release.

No, estimated release date is "when it's done", the earliest possible of which is mid-Novemeber and will almost surely be later than that. There's yet to be standard fort mode testing, which is pretty important for something that affects fort mode as much as this update (more than the previous one, at least).

I thought it would come out around May 2013. He seemed to be getting close then. I've pretty much given up hope anyways.

He said he'd be done with the notes by mid November, with playtesting and the attendant bugfixes, I'd expect an actual release to be before the end of the year and not a minute before. Or it could be the end of February next year. I hope it's December though, because I know I won't be doing any of the work I should be doing for a few weeks once it comes out. It'll still eat my winter break but hey, better than having it in the corner of my desktop when I should be studying for finals

The new release version will still be alpha, it will just be a new version with new stuff.   Last estimate I heard about for DF version 1.0 is somewhere in 2020, meaning it will probably be 2030 at least.

As great as this game is now, it is still only a pale shadow of what is planned.

I heard about some sneaking improvements? so it will be like when you kill someone and nobody will notice that civilization will stay friendly to you, etc? and also people who cant see you wont start talking to you?

It's another alpha... Similarly to how Gmail was in "beta" for years( i.e. we reserve the right to change whatever whenever and take noooo responsibility for anything its a beta after all) only here its Alpha(i.e. third party tools are strongly recommended), in fact going by this interview it looks that the dev have a thirty-year development plan, so yeah...
