You can't have ranks in a class skill higher than your level + 3. You need a minimum of five levels to get the 8th skill ranks in Hide and Move Silently.
He also can't be higher than level 2 as Doppelganger is a LA +4.

Edit:  Oh lord, he can't be a Doppelganger in the first place.  4RHD.

The campaign would need to start at level 8 before Doppelganger is an acceptable choice for a race.

Tell that to Taricus.

I think his half-dragon/drow is LA+6.

That makes him level 0.

I'm not even playing in this, you can't expect me to go through everyone's sheets!  I didn't even double check level adjustment and RHD in Grek's, although maybe I should have...

Edit: Nope, everyone's in order on that campaign.

In my campaign, anything with LA requires prior approval, so anyone that's supposed to have RHD or a non-standard number of levels gets told exactly how many of each they get. Makes it hard to accidentally end up with the wrong numbers.

I believer he was given free LA for taking fighter. Not an uncommon houserule.

Which reminds me, I really should have asked if I could take +0 Aquatic Human instead of Human. Ah well.

Huh. My character seems really lame in comparison, then...

Your character is definitely the hardest to kill among all the characters created so far. All you really need at this point to be MVP is some way of getting the enemy to attack you preferentially. Stand Still with Combat Reflexes would let you do that, if you're willing to rework your feats a bit or take a flaw.

E: For the most hilarious Dread Pirate build ever, do Cleric 5/Dread Pirate X. Wear a red robe with silver trim. Cast Animate Undead on a a set of 8 sharks and then use Rebuke Undead to control a 9th one. Use them pull your pirate sleigh ship along the water with iron chains. Whenever you use Bolster Undead, you're required to shout:

"Now, Bitey! Now, Chompy! Now, Gnawer, and Gnasher!
On, Toothful! On, Jawful! On, Crusher and Crasher!
Pull us into the waves! Now against the squalls!
Rip them up, rip them up, rip them up, my thralls!"

Also, team Dishonourable lacks any casters (That can be blasty at any rate.), so any boat we want to scuttle has to be done the hard way. Not that I mind if all the casters will be damned wizards >.>
Spirit shamans use the druid spell list, so I have a little blasty.
It's not much though, so yeah.

Races of Destiny has a monster class for doppelgangers. He could start with six levels of that.

That does sound amusing. I might need to use that for one of my campaigns...

Yeah...that combo seems it'd be best with a reach weapon and flurry sub instead of normal rage. I'll pick a glaive as flavor.

I don't wanna reroll my HP, so I'll just nix extended rage for combat reflexes and take stand still next level, assuming the campaign ever actually starts.

And also, I'd note while my HP is double Tars, he's also got like 10 Ac more than me. It's tanking many hits vs never being hit at all, :P

Tho it does give him a marked disadvantage against AC bypassing magic attacks.

1. @ Grek: Bugger. I must have missed that.
2. @ Remuthra: Since Nigma gained his first level over about eight years, can I skip the max skills per level thing?
3. @ TealNinja: I was given free LA, and took no RHD.

I don't believe you get the choice about taking RHD.

:O
+5 LA actually, and I got Remuthra to waive that via taking levels in fighter. And yeah, gonna really hate those touch attacks >.>

Depends, do they cast at all?

Wait.  I can understand your dismay at wizards and clerics (even if I fervently disagree), but do you hate any casters at all?
Most casters tend to be pretty overpowered (Due to what their spells can actually do). But the lesser casters, such as sorcerer and such are fine by me.

@Tar: Wow, how DID you get five levels of fighter for free? O_o

If you're LA +5 and we're at level 6...

I mean. Can I gestalt Fighter/Barbarian? Yes? Wow! Thank you so much...
