First one is for...

Buildings?  Trees sort of throws me off.  I guess it is groups buildings and places to get materials.  A farm would count as both those, so that is my guess. 

Bottom one is for management of individual plots, a la the feudal system.  Either that or some unit of measurement for telling the acreage of the land.  Thank god for spell check. 

Anyways, the surname of which I'd like to see in the game would be Graham-Yooll. 

Oh yeah, and for bonus points I'll say that the X exits the menu.  Because I like extra credit.

First one is a Designate Area Usage kind of tab.
Second one does seem to be a Holdings/Delegation/Land Plot tab.

It's been awhile since I updated here.  Despite the gardening delay, things are going great.

The top icon on the management screen was for Outliers (as described in the article), no one quite described it accurately, but there'll be other guesswork opportunities in the future.

I think it looks great.  This is a game I would want to play; I will hold out for the (almost) finished product!  Love the work with the faces and peasant ID card. 

Rome wasn't built in a day.

Awesome! Top-down crafting sounds wonderful. I'm so tired of all the games (DF included sadly) where you must have all the required items in your inventory before you can make an item, even for crafting something they badly need (like a bin) and have made in the thousands.
