That does feel likely.  Though I don't think there's a third coming...  Their names work as a pair.

My first guess was female elves just look like this.  With silly drow being exceptions.  But, here's the elf caravan:

So I think this is an intentionally ambiguous character (though probably female).  I kinda like him/her, though.  Reminds me a bit of my satyr character, who wore a monk's belt and little else, and also smoked a pipe.
